Hello Hive community, it is a pleasure for me to be part of you, my name is Ivett Caridad Ramirez Torres, I live in Cuba, in the municipality of Quemado de Güines, Villa Clara province, I studied Computer Science at the Lazaro Cardenas del Rio school in Santa Clara. I am currently a singer and composer of Christian music and pastor of the Pentecostal Church of the Assemblies of God. Since I was a child I always loved music, I liked to interpret songs and I loved to tell stories through songs, but I was very shy, I participated in my school choirs and in Casas de Cultura, but I never had the opportunity to study in any music academy, I never thought I had a chance, although my dream was to see myself in a recording studio with those giant headphones, at home I would stand in front of my parents and with a knob in my hand I would pretend I had a microphone and sing, I enjoyed it thinking if someday it could be possible. When I was 15 years old studying at the IPI Lazaro Cardenas, some young people told me about God and my life connected with Jesus, all the fear, sadness and insecurity became joy and praise and began to come to my mind melodies with lyrics that expressed the new feeling my soul felt when I found the peace of God, I no longer only wanted to feel it myself, I began to feel a great longing to tell everyone and announce that there was Grace and Love of God available to all, and music would be the way to achieve it.

There began my first steps, I began to perfect the talent. Whole weeks working and weekend classes, I studied singing and learned a little guitar, some basic solfeggio and made my first recordings, from that moment music has become an Instrument to bring Joy, Peace, and God's Love to everyone who listens to it. Music is a big part of my life, in it there are testimonies of my walk, it is not only for me a manifestation of art but an expression of my soul towards my Savior and the way to share my experience with others. I live in the same place, I have never moved from one place to another.

I would like to achieve within Hive a community that is blessed and identifies with my content, to be a blessing, to bring joy to sad hearts and hope to anguished souls, that would be my greatest achievement, to serve and bless. I love to make friends and talk, I love sweets and enjoy watching the sea, I love children, I enjoy their company and I also enjoy talking with adults, I learn from their wisdom. The most precious thing for me is my family, they are a valuable treasure in my life, I am a wife and mother of two girls and a boy, they are a beautiful heritage in my life. I like bicycles, I love hats and boots, but above all I enjoy the sincere smiles that light up people's faces.

Hola comunidad de Hive, un placer para mí poder comenzar a formar parte de ustedes, mi nombre es Ivett Caridad Ramírez Torres, vivo en Cuba, en el municipio de Quemado de Güines provincia Villa Clara, estudié Bachiller Informática en la escuela Lázaro Cárdenas del Rio en Santa Clara. Actualmente soy cantante y compositora de música cristiana y pastora de la Iglesia Pentecostal de las Asambleas de Dios. Siempre desde niña amé la música, me gustaba interpretar canciones y amaba relatar historias a través de canciones, pero era muy tímida, participaba en los coros de mi escuela y en Casas de Cultura, pero nunca tuve la oportunidad de estudiar en ninguna academia de música, nunca pensé que tenía posibilidad, aunque mi sueño era verme en un estudio de grabación con esos audífonos gigantes, en casa me paraba frente a mis padres y con un pomo en la mano simulaba que tenía un micrófono y cantaba, lo disfrutaba pensando en si algún día podría ser posible. Cuando tenía 15 años estudiando en el IPI Lázaro Cárdenas, unos jóvenes me hablan de Dios y mi vida se conectó con Jesús, todo el miedo, la tristeza e inseguridad se convirtió en gozo y alabanza y comenzaron a llegar a mi mente melodías con letras que expresaban lo nuevo que sentía mi alma al encontrar la paz de Dios, ya no solo quería sentirlo yo, comencé a sentir un gran anhelo por decirlo a todos y anunciar que había Gracia y Amor de Dios disponible para todos, y la música sería la forma para lograrlo. Allí comenzaron mis primeros pasos, comencé a perfeccionar el talento. Semanas enteras trabajando y fin de semana de clases, estudié canto y aprendí un poco de guitarra, algo básico de solfeo y logré mis primeras grabaciones, desde ese momento la música se ha vuelto un Instrumento para traer Gozo, Paz, y El Amor de Dios hacia todo aquel que las escucha. La música es gran parte de mi vida, en ella hay testimonios de mi caminar, no solo es para mí una manifestación del arte sino una expresión de mi alma hacia mi Salvador y la manera de compartir mi experiencia con otros. Vivo en el mismo lugar nunca me he mudado de sitio. Me gustaría lograr dentro de Hive una comunidad que sea bendecida y se identifique con mi contenido, ser de bendición ,traer alegría a corazones tristes y esperanza a almas angustiadas, ese sería mi mayor logro, servir y bendecir. Me gusta mucho hacer amigos y conversar, amo los dulces y disfruto mirar el mar, me gustan mucho los niños, disfruto la compañía de ellos y también disfruto conversar con personas adultas, aprendo de su sabiduría. Lo más preciado para mí es mi familia, ella es un tesoro valioso en mi vida, soy esposa y madre de dos niñas y un niño, ellos son una herencia hermosa en mi vida. Me gustan las bicicletas, amo los sombreros y las botas pero sobre todo disfruto las sonrisas sinceras que iluminan el rostro de la gente.
