The Tortured Poets Apartment by Taylor Swift is finally here! - ENG / SPA -
Hello my dear friends! I hope you are very well. As you know, this Friday the new album of my favorite singer Taylor Swift finally went on sale, which not only brought with it a great emotional charge, but also came loaded with surprises, so today I'm here to share with you my opinion about this great musical work.
¡Hola mis queridos amigos! Espero estén muy bien. Como saben, este viernes finalmente salió a la venta el nuevo álbum de mi cantante favorita Taylor Swift el cual no solamente trajo consigo una gran carga emocional, sino también vino cargado de sorpresas, así que hoy estoy por aquí para compartir con ustedes mi opinión acerca de este gran trabajo musical.
I've really been looking forward to this release since it was announced at the Grammy Awards and now that I finally got to listen to it I must say that I loved it, to begin with I was really surprised and fascinated that after its release at midnight on Friday, at 2 am she released a new version with the title of "The Anthology" which contained, in addition to the 16 tracks that the physical album contains, 15 more tracks which I liked much more because I could feel identified with several from the first moment, just like what happened to me with the first part.
Realmente esperé ansiosa este lanzamiento desde su anuncio en los Premios Grammy y ahora que finalmente pude escucharlo debo decir que me encantó, para empezar realmente me sorprendió y me fascinó que luego de su lanzamiento a la medianoche del viernes, a las 2 am lanzara una nueva versión con el título de "The Anthology" el cual contenía además de las 16 pistas que contiene el álbum 15 pistas más las cuales me gustaron mucho más ya que pude sentirme identificada con varias desde el primer momento, al igual que me pasó con la primera parte.
While we her fans were waiting for the release, on Thursday during the day Taylor announced the first single "Fortnight" a duet with Post Malone which inevitably after listening to it became very personal for me (due to an experience I had that same day) as well that many songs that I immediately connected with like "But Daddy I Love Him", "The Tortured Poets Apartment", "So long, London", "Loml" and "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" in addition to the 15 tracks additional features that I really loved because not only can I relate to those songs, they also remind me of their album "Folklore" which is my favorite of their discography and I was really hoping that this album would be even a little bit like Folklore though. some of the chords in the songs also remind me of other songs from their other albums.
Mientras nosotros sus fans esperábamos el lanzamiento, el jueves durante el día Taylor anunció el primer single "Fortnight" a dueto con Post Malone la cual inevitablemente luego de escucharla se volvió muy personal para mí (por una experiencia que tuve ese mismo día) al igual que muchas canciones con las que conecté inmediatamente como "But Daddy I Love Him", "The Tortured Poets Apartment", "So long, London", "Loml" y "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" además de las 15 pistas adicionales que realmente me encantaron porque no solamente puedo sentirme identificada con esas canciones, también me recuerdan a su álbum "Folklore" el cual es mi favorito de su discografía y realmente tenía la esperanza de que este álbum se pareciera aunque fuese un poco a Folklore aunque algunos de los acordes de las canciones también me recuerdan a otras canciones de sus demás álbumes.
Something that also fascinates me about the album is the general design of the covers, since it released 4 editions in deluxe and standard formats with a different name each one and all of them are really beautiful as is the photoshoot in which Taylor shows a very beautiful that goes perfectly with the album. Something that I also liked a lot and I cannot fail to mention about the album, is the video clip of the song "Fortnight" a duet with the singer Post Malone, which on presents an incredible aesthetic which in my opinion is very different from her previous works. Although I would really say that I expected the album to have more upbeat rhythms, I really love it and it transmits a lot of emotions to me, I am very happy for this release and I am very proud of Taylor for teaching us once again to transform pain into art and that it does not matter what pass, you have to keep going even if it hurts.
Algo que también me fascina del disco es el diseño en general de las portadas, ya que sacó 4 ediciones en formatos deluxe y estándar con un nombre distinto cada uno y todas son realmente hermosas al igual que el photoshoot en los que Taylor muestra una imagen muy hermosa que va a la perfección con el disco. Algo que también me gustó mucho y no puedo dejar de mencionar del disco, es el videoclip de la canción "Fortnight" a dueto con el cantante Post Malone el cual nos presenta una estética increíble la cual en mi opinión es muy diferente a sus anteriores trabajos. Aunque realmente diría que esperaba que el álbum tuviese ritmos más movidos realmente me encanta y me transmite muchas emociones, estoy muy contenta por este lanzamiento y una muy orgullosa de Taylor por enseñarnos una vez más a transformar el dolor en arte y que no importa lo que pase, hay que seguir adelante aunque duela.
