Eternal Sunshine by Ariana Grande is finally here and I'm so happy! - ENG / SPA -
Hello my dear friends! I hope you are very well. After spending a week away due to another breakdown with the internet service that, thank God, could be fixed, I'm back again to tell you that I'm very happy because yesterday the new album by one of my favorite singers finally went on sale. Ariana Grande, and although many people say that it was a flop and that it didn't have the expected success, I loved it and it's a pleasure for me to share my opinion of the album with you.
¡Hola, mis queridos amigos! Espero estén muy bien. Luego de pasar una semana fuera por otra avería con el servicio de internet que gracias a Dios se pudo arreglar estoy de vuelta nuevamente para contarles que estoy muy contenta ya que el dia de ayer finalmente salió a la venta el nuevo álbum de una de mis cantantes favoritas Ariana Grande, y aunque muchos dicen que quedó flop y que no obtuvo el éxito esperado a mi me encantó y para mi es un placer compartir mi opinión del album con ustedes.
After the release of her previous album "Positions" it took several years for Ariana to return to music and since she announced this album I have been very eager to listen to her new songs because I have been a big fan of her music since her beginnings and until now I have never it has disappointed me and I love when she releases new music. Musically it reminds me of some of her previous albums like Sweetener because of its quite happy and upbeat rhythms. I also like the lyrics of the songs which she wrote inspired by her personal experiences. I really loved them and they were a little personal for me too,Before the release of the album we had the song "yes, and?" like their first single which I thought was pretty good and a good introduction to her new album.
luego del lanzamiento de su anterior álbum "Positions" pasaron varios años para que Ariana volviera a la música y desde que anunció este álbum he estado muy ansiosa en escuchar sus nuevas canciones ya que soy muy fan de su música desde sus inicios y hasta ahora nunca me ha decepcionado y me gusta cuando lanza música nueva. Musicalmente me recuerda a algunos de sus discos anteriores como Sweetener por sus ritmos bastante alegres y movidos,también me gustan las letras de las canciones las cuales ella escribió inspirada en sus experiencias personales realmente me encantaron y resultaron un poco personales para mí también, antes del lanzamiento del disco habíamos tenido la canción "yes, and?" como su primer single el cual me pareció bastante buena y una buena introducción a su nuevo album.
Among my favorite songs are "Eternal Sunshine" which, although it talks about her failed relationship with her ex-husband, that she belittled their relationship and that she would like to erase the bad memories in order to heal the pain, has a very marked rhythm which in my opinion makes of this song a work of art that can be therapeutic for a broken heart on the path to healing.
Entre mis canciones favoritas están "Eternal Sunshine" la cual aunque habla de su relación fallida con su ex esposo, que menospreció su relación y que quisiera borrar los malos recuerdos para así poder sanar el dolor tiene un ritmo muy marcado el cual en mi opinión hace de esta canción una obra de arte que puede ser terapéutica para un corazón roto en el camino a la sanación.
"True Story" is another song that I really liked and is one of my favorites, its lyrics talk about deception within a relationship and how you have had to play false roles in order to satisfy your partner, and it also emphasizes the rejection of having to live like this which is the opposite of genuine love and also refers to the false stories and rumors that are created, and it has a pretty nice rhythm too. I don't know why but it reminds me of her song "thank u, next" hahaha.
True Story es otra canción que realmente me gustó y es de mis favoritas, su letra habla del engaño dentro de una relación y el como ha tenido que desempeñar roles falsos con tal de satisfacer a su pareja, y también recalca el rechazo a tener que vivir así lo cual es lo contrario a un amor genuino y también hace referencia a las falsas historias y rumores que se crean, y tiene un ritmo bastante agradable también. No se porque pero a mi me recuerda a su canción "thank u, next" jajaja.
Other songs that I really like are "Bye", "Supernatural" and "Ordinary Things" which she sings with her grandmother, which I thought were very good and show an Ariana Grande who transformed her bad experience in love into art and although There are loves that can mark us and we do everything possible so that it does not end, sometimes it's best to let go. Although the whole album in general seems very good to me, these songs were very therapeutic for me the first time I heard them.
Otras canciones que me gustan mucho son "Bye", "Supernatural" y "Ordinary Things" la cual canta con su abuela, las cuales me parecieron muy buenas y muestran a una Ariana Grande que transformó su mala experiencia en el amor en arte y aunque hay amores que pueden llegar a marcarnos y hacemos todo lo posible para que no acabe, a veces es lo mejor dejar ir. Aunque todo el disco en general me parece muy bueno, estas canciones fueron muy terapéuticas para mi la primera vez que las escuché.
To finish, I would say that this is an album that is worth listening to, it shows us an Ariana who opens her heart to us and talks to us about her feelings throughout these years, and she really did a good job with her new work of musical art. I believe that Ariana will always have an exceptional talent and although many people in the world think otherwise and criticize her, she will always be "Grande" in the music industry. It was really worth the wait to listen to the full album and I would like to recommend them to you, I hope you like it as much as I do.
Para finalizar, diría que este es un disco que vale la pena escuchar, nos muestra a una Ariana que nos abre su corazón y nos habla de sus sentimientos a lo largo de estos años, y de verdad hizo un buen trabajo con su nueva obra de arte musical. Creo que Ariana siempre tendrá un talento excepcional y aunque muchas personas en el mundo piensen lo contrario y la critiquen, ella siempre será "Grande" en la industria musical. De verdad valió la pena la espera para poder escuchar el disco completo y me gustaría recomendárselos, espero que les guste tanto como a mi.
