Hello Hiver's happy Thursday to all.
Today I bring you a very special song for me, which was also part of my adolescence and gatherings with my cousins and friends.
One of my favorite Latin singers has always been Shakira, especially at the time of her albums "Pies descalzos" and "Donde están los ladrones" which are part of my favorites.

All their singles have been a success, but I was particularly dedicated to listen to absolutely everything, among them the filler songs that are in each discography.
One of my favorites I will share with you today, it is the song "Te espero sentada", for me it is a song with an incredible cadence and with fresh, mischievous and funny lyrics.
I remember it with a lot of fun because it is full of anecdotes from my youth.
And specifically when one of us had a platonic love or a boy we liked, if by chance we could not see him, or we were stood up, that was the song of bullying among friends 🥴😂.

When I'm in a presentation, they continually ask for Shakira songs and everyone from the youngest to the most mature starts singing with me.
Shakira's ability to connect with lyrics and personal experiences has always been unique, of course she became more commercial and we can say that her essence was transformed over time. But we must also understand that show business is super hard, and adaptation is necessary.

For me this artist will always have all my admiration, because besides being super intelligent, she is a warrior, fighter and brave woman where I also feel that she has not lost that sensitivity and empathy so hard to find and so easy to lose in these times.

Maybe I am a little nostalgic with my friends from my adolescence, but this month I have talked with many of them, almost all of them are currently out of the country, and despite the years and kilometers, our friendship has remained intact.
Where we always have a space to talk for a while, and give ourselves to the smiling, naive and diaphanous memories of youth.

When I talk to them they always ask me to sing a Shakira song, and I find it very sweet that they still remember me that way.
Because music will always be my path and through it I have been overcoming shyness and many things that somehow stopped me.

Despite being quite talkative through this medium, in person I am more reserved, but music has been my support point, that bridge that saves me from fears, anguish or sadness; it has also been my companion of adventures and celebrations, I express myself through it.
