Saludos estimada comunidad de Vibes esta es mi primera publicación en Hive, fui invitado por el músico y profesor @gaborockstar a participar de esta iniciativa para cantantes y músicos de todo el mundo. Mi nombre es Italo Zapata y mi usuario en la plataforma es @italozapata, nací en la ciudad de Villa de Cura, Municipio Zamora del Estado Aragua ( Venezuela ) y cursé mis primeros estudios en la Unidad Educativa Simona Isabel Acacio del sector Los Bagres, una comunidad rural de los Valles del Tucutunemo.

Greetings dear community of Vibes this is my first publication in Hive, I was invited by the musician and teacher @gaborockstar to participate in this initiative for singers and musicians around the world. My name is Italo Zapata and my user on the platform is @italozapata, I was born in the city of Villa de Cura, Municipality Zamora of Aragua State (Venezuela) and I studied my first studies in the Simona Isabel Acacio Educational Unit of Los Bagres, a rural community of the Tucutunemo Valleys.

Aprendí música desde temprana edad por iniciativa propia, no tuve la suerte de tener profesores por lo que yo mismo tuve el interés de aprender viendo a otros artistas locales. Aprendí a tocar instrumentos como el cuatro, el bajo eléctrico y el arpa llanera, además de cantar.

He compuesto también varias canciones del género de la música folclórica hasta llegar al nivel de que varios artistas locales han interpretado mis temas lo que me hace sentir muy orgulloso.

I learned music from an early age on my own initiative, I was not lucky enough to have teachers so I had the interest to learn by watching other local artists. I learned to play instruments such as the cuatro, the electric bass and the llanera harp, besides singing.

I have also composed several songs of the folk music genre to the point that several local artists have interpreted my songs, which makes me feel very proud.

Mi entrada al concurso de la semana 12

Como dije anteriormente que soy músico, interprete y compositor voy a debutar con una canción del genero de la música folclórica venezolana, un pasaje que es uno de los estilos de nuestra música, el mismo lleva por título "Chaparralito llanero" tema que pertenece a Augusto Bracca y que inmortalizó a Juan de los Santos Contreras, también conocido artísticamente como el "Carrao de Palmarito"

En esta oportunidad me acompañan musicalmente músicos de mi pueblo a quien quiero agradecer mencionándolos aquí, Iván Zapata en el cuatro, Martín Saldeño en el bajo eléctrico y Yorman Martínez en las maracas.

My entry to the 12th week contest

As I said before that I am a musician, interpreter and composer I will debut with a song of the genre of Venezuelan folk music, a passage that is one of the styles of our music, it is entitled “Chaparralito llanero” theme that belongs to Augusto Bracca and immortalized Juan de los Santos Contreras, also known artistically as the “Carrao de Palmarito”.

In this opportunity I am musically accompanied by musicians from my town whom I want to thank by mentioning them here, Ivan Zapata on the cuatro, Martin Saldeño on the electric bass and Yorman Martinez on the maracas.
