Hola amigos de Hive, a continuación quiero compartir un video en el que toco una canción de mi proyecto musical solista llamado The Crow Witch, en Café Bordes, un lugar abierto a toda tipo de expresiones culturales, les comento brevemente como llegué a tocar una canción allí.

Hello friends of Hive, next I want to share a video in which I play a song of my solo musical project called The Crow Witch, in Café Bordes, a place open to all kinds of cultural expressions, I briefly tell you how I got to play a song there.

Debo empezar comentándoles que cuando creé este proyecto musical quise crear historias que acompañaran la música con el propósito de conectar mejor con la audiencia, por lo tanto creé historias de brujas, historias que mezclaban ficción con realidad histórica, en la que brujas oprimidas en la inquisición por poseer conocimientos superiores y ancestrales que ponían en juego el poder de la iglesia y las monarquías , volvieron desde el pasado al presente, para hacer justicia y buscar un nuevo despertar para la humanidad.

I must begin by telling you that when I created this musical project I wanted to create stories that would accompany the music in order to better connect with the audience, so I created stories of witches, stories that mixed fiction with historical reality, in which witches oppressed by the inquisition for possessing superior and ancestral knowledge that put at stake the power of the church and monarchies, returned from the past to the present, to do justice and seek a new awakening for humanity.

Esta historia me llevó a desarrollar un trabajo fotográfico llevado a cabo por mi amiga @nayshot para ilustrar estas historias, por lo que buscamos modelos para crear el material fotográfico. Este trabajo fotográfico consiguió un espacio para ser expuesto en Café Bordes y mi amiga, al ser un proyecto que considera de ambos me invito a participar en su exhibición fotográfica. Allí fuimos participes de una charla la cual pueden ver aqui acerca de este material fotográfico, audiovisual y musical, y para concluir el evento, decidí tocar una de las canciones como una demostración.

This story led me to develop a photographic work carried out by my friend @nayshot to illustrate these stories, so we looked for models to create the photographic material. This photographic work got a space to be exhibited in Café Bordes and my friend, being a project that she considers of both of us, invited me to participate in her photographic exhibition. There we participated in a talk about this photographic, audiovisual and musical material, and to conclude the event, I decided to play one of the songs as a demonstration.

Esta canción se llama Blue Crescent Moon, y es la que más me gusta de mis composiciones, durante la ejecución tuve algunos problemas para escuchar la pista de Backing Track pues le faltó un poco de volumen y una mejor ecualización del amplificador. Sin embargo, me sentí contento de tocar por primera vez esta canción ante un público.

This song is called Blue Crescent Moon, and it is the one I like the most of my compositions, during the performance I had some problems to hear the Backing Track because it lacked a little volume and a better equalization of the amplifier. However, I was happy to play this song for the first time in front of an audience.
