I admire you both for handling it with so much maturity, respect and love.
Most breakups turn into messy, toxic situations but you two managed to stay friends and support each other through the transition. That's really special.
I'm sure the next few weeks and months will be tough as you both adjust to your new lives apart. But it sounds like you're in a good headspace about it all.
