Got a semi-new tune this week.. I was gonna post about it a few weeks ago.. things happened to get in the way lol.
This week I am long on attitude, and short on words and sleep.. hence the title!! But I am about to smack you in the face.. just a tad.. you know how it goes round here..

First up we have: Twist Of The Wick by OverKill.
This is something new from Overkill.. and I can dig it. This is track #4 from the Scorched Album newly released three weeks ago. I really like this track.. it says Overkill IMHO. I've listened to all the songs, and I like most of them. Only one that's not really not my cuppa tea.. but you judge for yourself and listen to the whole enchilada.
OverKill still kicking some booty... even as ol timers lolz.. Guess that makes me just as old.. and cranky!?!? according to a certain someone who shall be named: @snook!! 😂

Not my go to genre by any means, but certainly can respect it more since launching #ttt, we always get lots of metal and I listen to them all to give them a chance and I must say they are growing on me, I'm starting to see why people get into metal. It'll never be a go to genre for me, but definitely have more of an ear for it now. The drums and guitars are always quality, it's the monster-voice singing that I always struggle to understand, and when they sing normally like in middle song from 2:38 to 3:10.... I guess if you remove the monster-voice maybe it's not metal anymore? Anyway good #ttt post, I enjoyed that..
We each have our own genre's that we love. I try a few that aren't my go to as well. Kinda like buying new clothes, sometimes they fit and sometimes they don't. 😄 As for the heavy growls and etc.. I can relate, if I can't understand what's being said, I skip it. I need to be able to hear the vocals to enjoy the tune. Otherwise what's the point?
I listen to music all day every day.. so thanks for doing what you do with TTT! Gives me something to write about, and I love sharing tunes.
