Dzisiaj będę omawiać i recenzować piosenkę Baekhyun'a o tytule "Get you alone".

Today I will be discussing and reviewing Baekhyun's song called "Get you alone".

Zanim przejdziemy do samej piosenki kilka słów o wykonawcy. Byun Baekhyun, urodzony 6 maja 1992 roku, jest członkiem zespołu EXO, który zadebiutował 8 kwietnia 2012 roku z piosenką "MAMA". Baehyun swój solowy debiut miał 10 czerwca 2019 roku z piosenką "City Lights". Przynależy on również do subunit'ów EXO-K i EXO-CBX. W zespole pełni on rolę głównego wokalisty.

Before we get to the song itself, a few words about the performer. Byun Baekhyun, born on May 6, 1992, is a member of EXO, which debuted on April 8, 2012 with the song "MAMA." Baehyun made his solo debut on June 10, 2019 with the song "City Lights." He is also part of the EXO-K and EXO-CBX subunits. In the group, he serves as the lead vocalist.

Piosenka "Get you alone" została wydana 3 stycznia 2021 roku i jest głównym utworem pierwszego japońskiego albumu Baekhyun'a. W tym momencie liczba wyświetleń na platformie YouTube pod teledyskiem do tej piosenki to prawie 11 milionów!

The song "Get you alone" was released on January 3, 2021, and is the title track of Baekhyun's first Japanese album. At the moment, the number of views on the YouTube under the video for this song is nearly 11 million!

TELEDYSK
Cały teledysk ma miejsce w dwóch "światach", bądź "czastoprzestrzeniach" co możemy wywnioskować przez fakt, że Baekhyun gra w nim dwie role w tym samym czasie. Przed samą piosenką widzimy jeszcze krótką scenkę, w której Baekhyun pisze do kogoś z pytaniem o randkę i dostaje negatywną odpowiedź. Jest to wstęp do piosenki. Cała sceneria teledysku jest zachowana w łagodnych i ciepłych odcieniach, delikatnych światłach, a przejścia pomiędzy scenami są gładkie. Widzimy jak z upływem piosenki Baekhyun 1 ze wstydliwego chłopca, zamienia się w pewnego siebie flirciarza, słuchając rad drugiego siebie, który pokazał się na ekranie jego telewizora.

MUSIC VIDEO
The entire music video takes place in two "worlds" or "chastospaces" which we can infer by the fact that Baekhyun plays two roles in it at the same time. Before the song itself, we still see a short scene in which Baekhyun writes to someone asking for a date and gets a negative answer. This is the introduction to the song. The entire setting of the music video is kept in soft and warm tones, soft lights, and the transitions between scenes are smooth. We see how, as the song progresses, Baekhyun turns from a shy boy into a confident flirt, listening to the advice of his other self shown on his TV screen.

Niestety nigdy nie doczekaliśmy się wypuszczenia do sieci pełnej choreografii, czy dance practice, ale wiele fanów i fanek Baekhyuna poradziła sobie z nauką kroków sugerując się jedynie fragmentami układu pokazanymi w teledysku. Odnosząc się do tych kawałków - choreografia jest delikatna i płynna, pasująca do całokształtu piosenki i brzmienia melodii. Chcę Wam przybliżyć jak to wygląda, dlatego w linku niżej znajdziecie jeden z cover'ów, który udało mi się znaleźć i jest on bardzo dobrze wykonany.

CHOREOGRAPHY
Unfortunately, we never lived to see the full choreography or dance practice released online, but many of Baekhyun's fans have managed to learn the steps by suggesting only fragments of the arrangement shown in the music video. Referring to those snippets - the choreography is delicate and flowing, matching the overall shape of the song and the sound of the melody. PIOSENKA:
Przechodząc do konkretów. Co sądzę o całej piosence i jej wykonaniu? Moim zdaniem głos Baekhyun'a pasuje do niej idealnie, ponieważ jest łagodny, ale również wokalista potrafi pokazać jego mocniejsze strony takie jak high notes, które pojawiają się w każdym refrenie. W porównaniu z twórczością i konceptem EXO, który jest bardziej agresywny, Baekhyun brzmi znacznie lepiej i naturalniej w tym co robi jako solista, bo utrzymuje się luźnej linii melodycznej i nie przeciąża możliwości swoich strun głosowych. Baekhyun wykonuje zmysłowe przedstawienie, korzystając z rytmicznej konstrukcji utworu. Kiedy nadchodzi refren, produkcja pozostaje w dużej mierze niezmieniona.

SONG:
Getting to the specifics. What do I think of the whole song and its performance? In my opinion, Baekhyun's voice suits it perfectly because it is mellow, but also the singer is able to show his stronger sides such as the high notes that appear in each chorus. Compared to EXO's songwriting and concept, which is more aggressive, Baekhyun sounds much better and natural in what he does as a soloist, as he keeps to a loose melodic line and does not overload the capabilities of his vocal cords. Baekhyun delivers a sensual performance, taking advantage of the rhythmic structure of the song. When the chorus arrives, the production remains largely unchanged.

Słowem zakończenia. Czy ta piosenka jest warta polecenia początkującym fanom K-POP'u, jak i tym starszym? Moim zdaniem jak najbardziej tak. Nie narzuca ona ciężkiego tonu, można się do niej odprężyć i zrelaksować. Myślę, że każdemu ta piosenka wpadnie w ucho.

In a word of conclusion. Is this song worth recommending to beginning K-POP fans, as well as older ones? In my opinion, most definitely yes. It does not impose a heavy tone, you can relax and unwind to it. I think everyone will find this song catchy.
