¡3 canciones para empezar la semana con energía! | Rihanna #1 | [ESP | ENG]
¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo mi clásica reseña de música de cada semana, hoy decidí la temática por conmemoración del show de medio tiempo de Rihanna en el Super Bowl; le tocó su turno de realizar la mítica presentación de medio tiempo, que le adjudica un peldaño más en su larga trayectoria como artista.
Hoy les quiero mostrar un poco algunas de las canciones que más me gustan de ella y el porqué, y debo acotar que realmente escucho mucha música de Rihanna, así que segúramente haré varios tops sobre ella, así que, sin más que agregar, ¡comencemos!
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you my classic weekly music review, today I decided the theme to commemorate Rihanna's halftime show at the Super Bowl; it was her turn to perform the mythical halftime show, which gives her another step in her long career as an artist.
Today I want to show you some of the songs that I like the most about her and why, and I must point out that I really listen to a lot of Rihanna's music, so I will surely make several tops about her, so, without more to add, let's start!
1.- We Found Love ft Calvin Harris

Comenzamos este top con esta JOYA de canción, a pesar de no ser la primera canción que sacó Rihanna a la luz pública, pero es la primera canción que yo escuché de ella alguna vez, recuerdo que fue en la radio de un taxi, recuerdo que no sabía mucho inglés para la época, así que decidí buscar más o menos lo que entendía en Youtube y el buscador hizo su magia, fue casi una conexión tácita.
Estuve escuchando esta canción durante 2 meses sin parar, cada día, era parte de mi playlist diario y era una locura, llegué a un punto en el que empecé a odiarla por este mismo hecho, fue muy loco, pero fue una buena época.

We start this top with this JEWEL of a song, even though it is not the first song that Rihanna released to the public, but it is the first song that I ever heard from her, I remember it was on the radio in a cab, I remember I didn't know much English at the time, so I decided to search more or less what I understood on Youtube and the search engine did its magic, it was almost an unspoken connection.
I was listening to this song for 2 months non-stop, every day, it was part of my daily playlist and it was crazy, I got to a point where I started to hate it for this very fact, it was very crazy, but it was a good time.
2.- This Is What You Came For ft Calvin Harris
Repetimos una canción con Calvin Harris, porque siento que la fórmula de Calvin ft RiRi era una fábrica de hits; esta canción nuevamente llegó a mí del mismo modo que la primera que coloqué en este top, la escuché en un taxi pero en esta ocasión ya había reconocido la voz de Rihanna y lo único que reconocía de la canción fue "Lightning" así que la busqué de esa manera, colocando en el buscador "Rihanna Lightning" y Youtube volvió a hacer su magia.
En esta ocasión, siento que Rihanna hizo un trabajo excepcional junto a Calvin para hacer que el estribillo fuera exageradamente pegajoso, es impresionante como solo un "You" cantado en melismas épicos fueran súper pegajosos de esa manera.
We repeat a song with Calvin Harris, because I feel that the Calvin ft RiRi formula was a hit factory; this song again came to me in the same way as the first one I put in this top, I heard it in a cab but this time I had already recognized Rihanna's voice and the only thing I recognized from the song was "Lightning" so I searched for it that way, putting in the search engine "Rihanna Lightning" and Youtube did its magic again.
This time, I feel like Rihanna did an exceptional job together with Calvin to make the chorus exaggeratedly catchy, it's impressive how just a "You" sung in epic melismas were super catchy like that.
3.- Can't Remember to Forget You ft Shakira
Es gracioso el hecho de que, si nos ponemos a pensar en un multiverso musical, por el tipo de música pop, por las coreografías, por los ritmos y por la sensualidad que derrocha, Rihanna sería una versión "gringa" de Shakira y jústamente, en esta canción nos dieron a entender que este hecho es totalmente veráz, además del hecho de demostrarnos que esta canción tenía que suceder, es de esas colaboraciones que no sabes que quieres escuchar hasta que lo haces.
Este vídeo es legendario y como dice mi Mo @ladyunicorn, seguramente puso a más de una chica a dudar de su sexualidad por el desborde de sensualidad en el mismo y a más de un hombre los debe haber llevado al borde del colapso, además de todo esto, la canción es muy buena.
It's funny the fact that, if we start thinking in a musical multiverse, for the type of pop music, for the choreography, for the rhythms and for the sensuality that wastes, Rihanna would be a "gringa" version of Shakira and precisely, in this song we were given to understand that this fact is totally true, besides the fact of showing us that this song had to happen, it is one of those collaborations that you do not know you want to hear until you do it.
This video is legendary and as my Mo @ladyunicorn says, it surely made more than one girl doubt her sexuality because of the overflow of sensuality in it and more than one man must have been taken to the brink of collapse, besides all this, the song is very good.
Bonus Track.- Umbrella
Esta canción salió primero que la primera canción que coloqué en este top, pero la escuché muchos años después y siento que el conocer a Rihanna depende de esas 3 canciones: Umbrella, This Is What You Came For y We found Love, creo que de ahí no hay salida.
Esta canción es buena, pero con el paso del tiempo le perdí un poco el gusto porque en la actualidad la escucho y siento que ya es demasiado monótona o es demasiado pop, no sé cómo explicar eso, sin embargo, por haber sido otra de las canciones que me dejaron totalmente atrapado y envuelto con Rihanna, decidí colocarla aquí en el top como bonus.
This song came out first than the first song I put in this top, but I listened to it many years later and I feel that knowing Rihanna depends on those 3 songs: Umbrella, This Is What You Came For and We found Love, I think there is no way out from there.
This song is good, but with the passing of time I lost a bit of taste for it because nowadays I listen to it and I feel that it is too monotonous or too pop, I don't know how to explain that, however, for being another of the songs that left me totally trapped and involved with Rihanna, I decided to place it here in the top as a bonus.
