Attending a Music Concert: A Weekend Experience

Good evening 🌃, community friends. I hope you're all healthy and having a happy weekend.
I'd like to take this opportunity to share my activities last weekend, Sunday, December 7th.

So, after I picked up my eldest child from the school dormitory because his exams were over, before the three of us went home, I happened to miss my second and third children because they were focused on practicing for their arts and culture exams. My husband and I took my eldest child to a music concert. Coincidentally, one of the bands at the concert consisted of children my husband had previously coached.
Long story short, after we got permission for my child to leave the school dormitory, the three of us immediately headed to the field where the concert was being held. We arrived in the afternoon. Concertgoers had already gathered, and several snack vendors lined the streets.

Upon our arrival, we quickly found seats before the concert began. As evening approached, the three of us sat together waiting for the opening ceremony, which finally began at 7:00 PM.

What I didn't expect, perhaps because my husband is a senior in the music department, was that all the organizers respectfully called my husband up on stage to play the bass guitar. Finally, after I encouraged him, my husband went to the car to change. The photo shows my husband holding the bass guitar in the center.

The audience cheered. We all enjoyed the music and singing. As my husband said, music sometimes expresses what words can't.
At the end of the event, my daughter was given drumsticks by one of the drummers my husband had trained with.
