My first attempt at creating a real animation, rather than just applying a "motion effect" to a static image. So, first I generated a regular image of a futuristic city, and then used the Luma Dream Machine service (of course, what else!). Luma offers the ability to loop the video, and I took advantage of this, but it was not without its rough edges. However, I still find the result quite interesting.
