Quiero compartir con ustedes mi playlist de canciones de la cantante Christine D' Clario, un playlist que recopilé para este post pero que se queda corto ante la cantidad de música que ha escrito y producido durante toda su larga carrera.
I want to share with you my playlist of songs by singer Christine D' Clario, a playlist that I compiled for this post but that falls short of the amount of music she has written and produced throughout her long career.
A propósito de la gira de conciertos en la que actualmente se encuentra visitando Venezuela desde el día de ayer hasta la semana próxima, hoy quise compartirles 5 de sus canciones que forman parte permanente de mi playlist de Christine D' Clario y que no dejo de escuchar.

Para mi, escuchar a Christine D' Clario en casa era normal, no le prestaba mucha atención al principio, pero una noche, en plena pandemia, en un radio que mi mamá tiene encendido en la cocina, escuché el puente de esta canción y me atrajo de una manera que ni yo entendía en ese momento.
For me, listening to Christine D' Clario at home was normal, I didn't pay much attention to it at first, but one night, in the middle of the pandemic, on a radio my mom has on in the kitchen, I heard the bridge of this song and it drew me in in a way that even I didn't understand at the time.
"Oigo a mi Padre, está cantándome, lo hace una y otra vez, lo hace una y otra vez", no pude sacarme ese pedazo de la canción de mi cabeza durante toda la noche, la busqué en Youtube y la escuché por completa y ahí comencé a conocer más de Dios, de ella y de su vida.
"I hear my Father, he's singing to me, he does it over and over, he does it over and over again", I couldn't get that piece of the song out of my head all night, I looked it up on Youtube and listened to it in its entirety and there I began to know more about God, about her and her life.

Creo que fue ésta la canción que terminó de convencerme sobre Christine como artista y como mujer cristiana. Recuerdo haber escuchado esta canción en mi cuarto una noche en la que sin saberlo la necesitaba y mientras más la escuchaba, más la tomaba como una confirmación a lo que en ese momento estaba atravesando.
I think this was the song that finally convinced me about Christine as an artist and as a Christian woman. I remember listening to this song in my room one night when I unknowingly needed it and the more I listened to it, the more I took it as a confirmation of what I was going through at the time.
Es una alabanza hermosa, cada segundo se siente especial y la necesidad de sentirse saturado escuchándola es algo que se quedará en mi corazón grabado por siempre.
It is a beautiful praise, every second feels special and the need to feel saturated listening to it is something that will remain in my heart forever engraved.

Hace mucho tiempo que la escuché en la radio pero no la había tomado para mi, hasta que un día me decidí a buscarla y la dejé sonando en la PC por mucho tiempo y fue una de las mejores canciones que he reproducido en bucle en Youtube en un buen tiempo.
I'd heard it on the radio a long time ago but hadn't picked it up for myself, until one day I decided to look it up and left it playing on the PC for a long time and it was one of the best songs I've looped on YouTube in a good while.
La habilidad vocal que tiene esta mujer me gusta mucho, por eso la dejé entre mis canciones favoritas para este playlist.
I really like the vocal ability this woman has, that's why I left her among my favorite songs for this playlist.

Este dueto lo heredé de mi hermana, ella me la había mencionado tiempo atrás y yo no le había prestado mucha atención hasta que un día la escuché detenidamente y no dejé de reproducirla; me encanta el mensaje de la canción.
I inherited this duet from my sister, she had mentioned it to me some time ago and I had not paid much attention to it until one day I listened to it carefully and I kept playing it; I love the message of the song.
Aunado a esto, creo que ambas voces se complementan bastante bien y logran armonizar increíblemente bien. Cada vez que siento o pienso que estoy perdiendo en algo, voy a ella, la escucho y recuerdo que la batalla ya es suya.
