The Right Device for the Right Moment

According to the popular saying, “Where words fail, music speaks”. When music speaks, it sure does have an effect on us.

There are many devices for listening to music. Do you prefer EarPods, wired earpiece or headphones, or you just like to blast on loudspeaker? Share with us what your listening experience is like

Music can make you happy, sad, cry, motivated, or feel nostalgic.

My listening experience is wonderful, versatile and all-encompassing.

It turns out that we don’t just listen to music from these listening devices but we feel and connect with the music making it worth our time. So these devices are mere channels we use to feel and connect with music. Simply put, any of these channels works for me depending on how I feel and my location.

One minute I am listening with my AirPods and the next minute I could be having a swell time with my speaker blasting in the background. Each of these devices entertains me to the fullest.

I cannot outrightly say I love one listening device over the other as I have all of them and I love all of them. I use them for different purposes, at different times and locations if need be.

When I am in public, I usually don’t listen to music as I’d rather stay alert than be carried away to Lalala land by the sweet music blasting from my AirPods. You just can’t be too relaxed you know.

For me, I love the lyrics of a song more than the beats, bass and sound effects. I mean, it’s cool to have a listening device that gives you everything in one but I don’t take note of the bass, beats or the sound effects in the music. Do I love the lyrics of the music? Do I feel good when I am listening to it? Then I am good to go.

People who pay attention to the bass and all the other sound effects of music are the ones who are very particular about their listening devices as some device work better in the sound department than others.

Like I stated earlier, I can’t outrightly choose the best among all of them but I can choose the right one for the right moment and location and trust me whichever one I choose never disappoints me.

Just like this evening, I wanted to listen to a calm and soothing music and my AirPods did the job for me. With the melody and rhythm filling my heart with peace. I could move around freely and I even slept in the process while earlier this morning I had a blast with my speaker.
I did my morning chores, cooked, and did my laundry without feeling too tired or lazy. When you have a mini concert going on in your apartment of course you’d be energized.

In a nutshell, there aren’t clear-cut rules or ways we do these things we just use or do what works for us.
