It's been a while Hive.

The past year has seen my relationship to both a functioning music community and social media at its most strained. I moved across country after living in Washington for about 17 years to a place with no real music community to speak of and for the past 7 months, it has been mostly about work. Not about creative work, but just work.

In the interim, I've pulled back heavy from social media. Deleted my Twitter. Facebook posts moved from once ever two weeks or so to maybe once every 2 months. And Hive? Well, without having a functioning mobile client it just sort of got forgotten about.

I've gotten a bit of my groove back though over the past couple of weeks. Studio is seeing more time than it has in the past year and I've finally set enough money aside to pay for mastering on music and make strides towards starting the record label I've been hopeful about starting for the past couple of years.

But first, a clearing of the hard drive.
