WHAT A MORNING!

It happened just like a joke at first but somehow I found myself with a mopping stick, a packer and a bucket bailing water from my room. You know, I was so devastated to the point that I couldn't even think of taking a photo of how my room looked like at that hour of the day! It was around 6am in the morning and I heard someone opening the door to my room. At first I was a bit confused and kind of worried because I knew my friend who is more like a sister was not feeling well and seeing that it was not her at the door, I thought something bad had happened.

I quickly got up from my bed immediately I heard my brother in-law say my room was flooded, like "what is all these?" was the only thing ringing in my head at that time. I wasn't expecting it at all and it just came and threw me off guard. I was actually enjoying my beauty sleep and was planning to get up and do a little thing on my phone before getting off from the bed. Last night when I went to take my shower, I turned on the tap but there was no water and I forgot to turn it back off and that was how I successful flooded my room.

I bailed over 100 litres of water with a packer and then used my mop to clean the rest. I was not happy at all because I had already planned how I would have loved my day to start but I guess God had other plans for me. I spent over one hour thirty minutes doing that and it was just a total waste of time for me. I kept wishing I had been less forgetful and switched off the tap but then the deed was already done.

When I was done, I had to play a music to calm me down and while listening to the song, I went to my different social media platforms and engaged in them. It was mostly fun for me because I got to interact with so many people in different ways. I was so tired that I found it so hard to even go to the kitchen to prepare something to eat. First of all, I did the dishes and I later did food to eat and I enjoyed my meal.

After I finished eating, I rested a little so the food could digest and I went on to sweep the house and washed my bathroom and toilet. My house got flooded because the place that let water flow out was a bit slow at doing that. I had to try to loosen it to see if anything changes and luckily for me, something changed and that was also another reason I had to clean the bathroom and toilet.

In less than 2 hours, I was done with everything in the bathroom as I also did the laundry. By 2:30pm I was done with everything that I needed to do in the house and I had to just do some things with my phone, joined some meetings and many more. My day in the end turned out to be successful and I'm now grateful for everything that happened and even how they happened.

Whoa! You had a stressful day oo. I blame Merit. If she was around, she would have turned it off. I had a similar experience during my 100-level days. Mine was worse. The water even soaked by bed.

Haha, I wish. There was actually others around but they thought it was the toilet water Carrier that was filling up.

Oops! Yours was indeed worst, hehe. I really don't wish this kind of thing to anyone.
