VIBES WEB3 MUSIC COMPETITION WK 13 - SOMETHING IN THE ORANGE COVER

Hello everyone, it’s the 13th week of vibes web3 music competition and it’s a great opportunity to be leaving my submission yet again. So for this week, I’m still focusing on a theme (pain). Lately I’ve been finding myself enjoying listening to sad songs more and it just does justice in giving me this calm.

So for this week, I decided to do a cover of a song I’ve been listening to for quite some time now. I first heard this song when Meya sang it and ever since then I feel in love with it and I had to listen to it to grasps all its beautiful melodies and I finally started listening to it so I can make this cover.

The chorus highlights the pain of watching something beautiful slip away, with the "something in the orange" symbolizing the fading light of their love. Just like how some of us find it hard to let that beautiful sunset moment pass.

Throughout the song, Bryan's lyrics masterfully capture the bittersweet nature of love and loss, leaving the listener with a haunting sense of nostalgia and heartache. I do hope that I was able to pass this feeling to those who could listen to me.
