LOVE IS WEIRD (ENG-ESP)

Love is such a beautiful emotion that pushes a person to be concerned about those they care about. So many times we find ourselves in this relationship where at one point we are loved so much by our partners and the next minute we seem like something else before them. The strong emotions they feel towards us seem to be all gone in a twinkle of an eye.

At this point we are scared of our choices of the ones our heart has fallen for because it's almost impossible to let them go. And when we get an opportunity to be with them again, we don't miss accepting them back into our lives only for them to leave again. Since love is one emotion that is hard to control, at this point we feel so heartbroken and we keep wishing everything was different and those who we love will love us back.

Sadly it's already a thing that we hardly ever get lucky to love those who love us, most times it's always a love triangle and it takes us so much time to see those who are truly meant for us. Now I understand why love is weird, you can hardly ever predict who you will end up loving. Some really interesting cases is when you end up loving the one person you always wholeheartedly reject his or her feelings all the time.

Thinking about how love can be so weird, I remember a song by Astrid when she sang a song that portrayed the picture of a love that has time and moments. You should listen to the song I'm sure them you'd understand better what I'm trying to say.

Astrid - Such A Boy

Letting go is supposed to hurt at this point but strangely sometimes we realize it doesn't hurt as much as we would have thought it would. In fact, we feel good to the point when we get sad for not feeling hurt even after letting go. This is another strange reason why I believe Love is weird. And thinking about something like this, I also remember another beautiful song by Astrid.

In the song, she used music to express her feeling of sadness for not feeling hurt even after she let go. And that made her wondered if she really ever loved her ex. Moving on from an Ex you loved so much is something that so many of us find so hard to do but then when we try to let go sometimes we might realize it wasn't so hard after all and by doing so we give the right one the opportunity to come feel out heart.

But it's easy to say right? Letting go is one of the hardest things to do and sometimes we even get disoriented to the point we see love as a scam and nothing genuine. We feel sad for ourselves whenever we find ourselves loving again and we feel irritated when we see others in love.

At that point when we let go of the feelings we have for someone, sometimes we realize that makes them want us even more. They feel jealous when they see how well we are holding out and that makes them feel so hurt for letting us go. So many times they try to hide their feeling of jealousy and regret but then it's a good thing because it might make us develop that emotion again for them. At the point when we get to see how much they are hurting after letting us go, we feel happy and loved.

The truth is most times that's what we really want, we want to see them regret ever making the choice of letting us go and seeing how much they are hurt brings us this satisfaction. Oh, how weird love is. Now I think it's official that love is indeed weird but then it's the most beautiful emotion ever and I enjoy reflecting on it every now and then.

El amor es una emoción tan hermosa que empuja a una persona a preocuparse por sus seres queridos. Muchas veces nos encontramos en esta relación en la que en un momento nuestra pareja nos ama mucho y al minuto siguiente parecemos otra cosa ante ellos. Las fuertes emociones que sienten hacia nosotros parecen desaparecer en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

En este punto tenemos miedo de elegir a aquellos de quienes nuestro corazón se ha enamorado porque es casi imposible dejarlos ir. Y cuando tenemos la oportunidad de estar con ellos nuevamente, no dejamos de aceptarlos nuevamente en nuestras vidas solo para que se vayan nuevamente.
