HIVELEARNERS CREATIVE SUNDAY - UNITY COVER

Hello everyone, it's another amazing Sunday when we get to display some Creativity in every way possible and it’s a thing of joy and a great opportunity that I get to participate this week! Of course this week I presented a song and I’m hoping you’d love it. I'm quite creative (I wish) but I always prefer displaying my singing skills because that’s the major thing I want to improve on.

My music journey just keeps getting better and better and it’s all thanks to all the amazing communities that have given us the opportunity to keep sharing our skills with them and the Hivelearners community has been a major part of that journey. The fact that musicians or singers are given the opportunity to explore any niche was something that really helped me tried out different things in my music covers. Too bad I’m not a music composer but I hope to be someday, I guess that’s a part of this growth.

Of course I love music because it speaks to anyone and as a late artist once said, music doesn’t need permission to get to you! All you have to do is listen and the rest will happen on its own. And that’s why it’s a bit strange when I hear people say they don’t love music. I can only relate with the fact that they don’t love some songs but not all. Anyways it’s just what I think though and I don’t think it matters, hehe.

So for my presentation, I did a song cover of "UNITY" by Alan Walker. If you know me a little, it’s possible that you already know that I’m an Alan Walker fan. Alan’s skills in beat production and the rhythm of music is so unique that when you hear his productions you don’t have to ask first to be sure if he is the one on the beat. He is skilled and accommodating because he mostly produces the beat, melody and others of a song and give room to great artists to collaborate with him.

This song is a song that talks about the bond between family and how we all are important to one another in a family. The beginning of the song started with comparing our human family to the stars in the sky which only becomes visible when everywhere is dark showing how important family is during the worst time of our lives. No matter what we face in life, it’s only easier to run to those that we see as family and those that take us as family too. Being there for each other makes the bond we share stronger and that keeps us united.

I think my cover was a bit organized though and that’s because I was carried away by singing one of my favorite songs by Alan Walker 😂 so please pardon me. I hope you still get to enjoy my cover and I'd really appreciate your comments and reblogs ❤️.
