HL CREATIVE-SUNDAY WK 87 - NBU COVER

Hello everyone, it's a really great pleasure to have you stop by today to check out what I have for you today. It's not so much but I hope it would be worth your time. As some of you know, it's the Hivelearners creative-sunday a day where we get to be creative about almost anything and in my own way of being creative, I chose making a music cover.

Waking up this morning the first thing that was on my mind was what I was going to share with my followers and community(s) and after so many hours of being confused on what to write, I finally decided to participate in the Hivelearners creative-sunday with a song although I had something else in mind before but that would have taken me a lot of time so I had to do something more special and less time consuming.

Music is something beautiful and it's really so hard not to just love it especially if it's good music, you don't even need to force it, it just flows. I have so many songs I wish to do a cover of but then I barely know the lyrics of so many of them so I always end up settling for a song that I can easily vibe with. Creating this video for the creative-sunday was quite fun and engaging because I just thought of what to do and everything just worked out well.

So for my presentation, I did a song cover of "LOOK ME IN THE EYES BY FAVE" a Nigerian artist. She has quite a lot of beautiful songs and I've always enjoyed doing a cover of them. This particular song was my best at some point when I thought I was in love with someone but sadly I wasn't, I found out that I was only lost in the moment (phew 😪). This love thing is not just for me now at all 😂.

Anyways, I still liked the song because at least it gives me hope that someday someone will be willing to accommodate all my excesses and even be happy while at it, hehe. You know, love songs can be really lovely when you have someone that comes to your mind when singing or listening to them. Sometimes I just even wish the song I listen to is also what my crush listens to too, lol.

All through my presentation of this song, I was just smiling within me and even out when I couldn't hold it any longer, hehehe. I do believe that creating a video is a creativity on its own because not everyone can do that and I guess I do better at video creating than even singing.
