I still have a stock of dried chickpeas and lentils from Covid too. They moved house with us. I should soak and cook them at some point soon. Bloody immortal stuff in its dried form, sealed away from air.

I need to toss a hummus container from the fridge... its been in there for about .... several weeks to a month.
Every now and then I get a craving for hummus, John West tinned kippers, and tomato. It's weird I know.
