Adonai is a Hebrew word for My Lord. They see the name My Lord as very sacred and stayed clear for calling God Lord. The name of the Lord is hallowed even before the beginning began. He is the beginning of the beginning still he has no beginning. God is great and he deserves our worship. I don't know what I stand to gain if I refuse to worship this God.
