Vibes web 3 music competition week 42 // performing the song "ife re Simi o ga"

For my Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 42 entry, I decided to perform the heartfelt Yoruba worship song “Ife Re Simi O Ga”, a song that beautifully speaks about the depth, purity, and greatness of God’s love. Translating to “Your Love Towards Me is Great”, this song has always carried a special meaning for me—it reminds me of how God’s love remains unchanging even in our weakest moments.

In this performance, I aimed to bring that message to life through both sound and spirit. Accompanied by gentle piano chords and warm vocal tones, I poured my heart into every line, allowing each lyric to flow from a place of gratitude and reverence. My goal wasn’t just to sing, but to communicate a genuine encounter with divine love—something everyone can feel and connect to, regardless of language or background.

Performing “Ife Re Simi O Ga” for the Web3 Vibes community gave me another chance to merge faith, creativity, and technology in one space. I’m thankful for the opportunity to share a piece of my worship journey and pray that everyone who listens is reminded of how immeasurable God’s love truly is.
