No, I'm not an alcoholic. I enjoy drinking good booze from time to time. I don't need to do it to go on.

This is Appleton Estate, a Jamaican rum, aged 8 years minimum. Very hard to find here in Italy. I love it.

So, tell me. How was your day? How was your year? We're almost at the end. A time when everybody tend to look back these past 365 days and try to give a meaning to their life.

Ooof... highs and lows. I can relate to Leopardi's pessimistic thought: life is made of sporadic peaks, good little moments of joy, in a sea of despair. But he was chronically ill and died young and virgin I think. I'm not so depressed. I had some joys, in my life and during this year too.

I don't want your pity. I just want some company that I'm struggling to find in my real life in this moment. Don't you fucking dare to spit some tropes sentences about getting up, everything will go well and such. I don't need that, it just makes me angrier and pisses me off.
