He actually plays live sometimes and in fact many people complained that he doesn't sound like in his videos. Much morry sloppy, imprecise and less technical than one can think.

I think he didn't make a statement about this for now.

I mean, the music is beautiful and his composition skill are there and original for sure. But he's basically writing 2 or even 3 guitar parts per song but pretending he can play everything with one guitar only. That's physically impossible. At the same time, if you do a split screen with two videos of you playing the two different parts of the song, at that point, not so impressive = not viral
