Music Talks: when Rock meets Pop
Hello Hiveans!
This is my contribution to the format Rock on Wednesday, this time as a video.
This format has been originally suggested by @florecitamejias and @jesuslnrs so thanks to them for creating this chance for me to talk about a genre which I'm so expert about eheh
It was her that talked about the union of rock and pop in the first place, a month ago in this post
Since then I wanted to give my contribution to the topic and I wanted to make clear that sometimes also rock music can be labeled as pop when it gets really mainstream. Because pop is not really a genre but a way to label music, any kind of music.
I forgot to mention in the video: I decided to talk in Italian because this way I can talk freely without stopping and having to start over again and again...
Making all the English subtitles is a long and hard work and it's not easy to translate some sentences that I use in my everyday life, sorry if I've made some mistakes or if something is not quite clear. I hope you get it
