Semillas fallidas / Failed seeds [Esp-Eng]
Este año no tenía previsto hacerr semillas de cannabis. Las que he producido en años anteriores me están dado buenos resultados, y tengo suficientes para esta temporada y la siguiente, al menos. La cuestión es que planté un par de semillas regulares en una maceta y salieron una de cada sexo. Ambas tenían un buen porte para estar en una maceta, así que decidí dejarlas para hacer semillas. This year I did not plan to make cannabis seeds. The ones I have produced in previous years have given me good results, and I have enough for this season and the next, at least. The thing is that I planted a couple of regular seeds in a pot and they came out one of each sex. Both had a good size to be in a pot, so I decided to leave the male to make seeds. Después de polinizar, corté la planta macho y dejé la planta hembra hasta que estuvo pasada de madura. Este era el aspecto que tenía cuando la corté.
After pollinating, I cut the male plant and left the female plant until it was past mature. This is what it looked like when I cut it.
Le quité algunas hojas y la colgué en el secadero junto con las otras plantas. Para recoger las semillas que se fueran cayendo, puse un papel de periódico debajo.
I removed some leaves and hung it in the dryer along with the other plants. To collect the seeds that fell off, I put a newspaper underneath.
Cuando la cogí para sacar las semillas, me di cuenta de que la situación no fue como debería haber ido. Todas las semillas tenían un color apagado y blanquecino, lo cual no es una buena señal.
When I picked it up to get the seeds out, I realized that the situation did not go as it should have gone. All the seeds were dull and whitish in color, which is not a good sign.

Además, la cáscara (testa) estaba blanda. No estaba bien formada y se rompía con una ligera presión. Se salvaron muy pocas.
In addition, the shell (testa) was soft. It was not well formed and broke with light pressure. Very few were saved.
Con los restos haré un poco de hachís. Creo que saldrán un par de petardos, como mucho.
With the leftovers I'll make some hash. I think a couple of firecrackers will come out, at most.
De la resina que se quedó pegada a los dedos salió esta chinita. No sé por qué, pero 'china' es como decimos en España a la cantidad necesaria para hacerse un petardo de hachís. Una china de hachís, bueno, en este caso, una chinita de hachís. ¡Que tengas un gran día!
From the resin that stuck to my fingers came out this chinita. I don't know why, but 'china' is how we say in Spain to the amount needed to make a hashish firecracker. A hashish chinita, well, in this case, a hash chinita. Have a great day!

Yes, it hasn't happened to me for a long time, but sometimes it does. We will keep trying.
That is unfortunate about the seeds. It looks like they were premature. The bud looks good anyway, and you performed a meticulous job sorting through those seeds. Well done @happyfrog420-new.

aunque suene raro pueden germinar igual las semillas que no se formaron al 100%, pero es parte del cultivo saber que no todo sale como uno desea, ahora mismo cosechare la planta que herma que me dio semillas.
Sí, de hecho guardé algunas semillas que tenían la cáscara un poco más dura para probarlas el año que viene. Lo que pasa es que, aunque germinen, suelen salir plantas débiles, enfermizas, con malformaciones o instables (hermaforditas).
