A un Paisano - Henry Martínez.
Un grato saludo para la comunidad de Soundmusic de parte de Dúo Capybara, un dueto de música conformado por mi hermano y colega @kococuatro y mi persona @guitarmcy. Como siempre hoy venimos con toda la energía del mundo para presentarles otra pieza de nuestro repertorio.
Para ésta oportunidad hemos decido interpretar un Vals Venezolano muy interesante del compositor Henry Martínez, se titula "A un Paisano", sinceramente no sabemos mucho sobre el origen de la pieza pero su estética musical es muy hermosa.
La Obra fue bastante tocada por el legendario grupo de música venezolana, Raíces de Venezuela. Es una tremenda composición y en lo personal nos costó bastante ensamblarla, fueron muchas tomas fallidas y no nos quedó al 100% bien ejecutada, sin embargo, creemos que podemos compartirla para que vean nuestro trabajo en el día a día.
Tiene una estructura A/B/C lo cual es bien llamativo, la parte B, es la parte que más dificultad tiene según nuestro criterio musical.
Dúo Capybara - Combinación entre la Academia y la música popular.
Diego "Coquito" García y yo somos un dueto bastante interesante, ya que él y yo tenemos nuestro fuerte en zonas diferentes de la música, el fuerte de Coquito en la música popular, lo que conocemos en Venezuela con el nombre de "Guataca" que es tocar de oído las canciones, es un arte que no cualquiera domina, se requiere ser un melómano por naturaleza.
Yo también ejerzo la Guataca pero nunca al nivel de mi colega, al contrario, soy más Académico, más de leer partituras y ser formal con mis presentaciones, sin embargo, hacemos un perfecto equilibro entre la Calle y la Academia, apoyándonos mutuamente para fortalecer la interpretación musical.

A warm greeting to the Soundmusic community from Duo Capybara, a music duet formed by my brother and colleague @kococuatro and myself @guitarmcy. As always today we come with all the energy in the world to present another piece of our repertoire.
For this opportunity we have decided to play a very interesting Venezuelan Waltz by composer Henry Martinez, it is titled "A un Paisano", honestly we don't know much about the origin of the piece but its musical aesthetics is very beautiful.
The piece was played a lot by the legendary Venezuelan music group, Raíces de Venezuela. It is a tremendous composition and personally it took us quite a while to assemble it, there were many failed takes and it was not 100% well executed, however, we believe we can share it so that you can see our work on a daily basis.
It has an A/B/C structure which is very striking, the B part is the most difficult part according to our musical criteria.
Dúo Capybara - Combination between Academia and Popular and Traditional music.
Diego "Coquito" García and I are a very interesting duet, since he and I have our forte in different areas of music, Coquito's forte in popular music, what we know in Venezuela by the name of "Guataca" which is playing songs by ear, it is an art that not everyone masters, it requires being a music lover by nature.
I also practice Guataca but never at the level of my colleague, on the contrary, I am more Academic, more of reading scores and being formal with my presentations, however, we make a perfect balance between the Street and the Academy, supporting each other to strengthen the musical interpretation.

en mi apreciacion musical considero que una persona que domina la lectura y no la wataka tiene un 50% de habilidades y viceversa, pero un musico con wataka y lectura llega a convertirse en un genio y lo lleva a la excelencia, esas son las cualidades del hermano @guitarmcy ya que el domina el watakeo y la lectura, una gran persona para compartir la musica, dios te bendiga bro y sigamos creciendo paso a paso para ser excelentes

Excelente hermano, tienes un gran nivel también en la mandolina, que bueno que los músicos de acá sean multiinstrumentista, la canción es muy buena creo que había escuchado el nombre del tema en alguna oportunidad pero nunca había tenido la oportunidad de escucharla tocada...
