Un lugar lleno de música e historia en mi provincia [Esp - Eng]
¡Hola amigos de esta comunidad familiar! Es un placer estar aquí nuevamente compartiendo con ustedes y, en esta oportunidad, hacerles saber sobre un lugar especial aquí en mi ciudad.
Me encanta viajar, es una de mis múltiples pasiones. Vengo de una familia viajera, que les gusta caminar, y en una de esas caminatas de después del trabajo encontré este lugar, así que deseo compartir con ustedes este momento (y espero que lo disfruten).
Curiosamente, vivo en Pinar del Río y no he visitado la mayoría de los lugares aquí, así que planeo comenzar a ir a esos lugares y, por supuesto, dejarles aquí mi reseña.

Para dejar de dar tantas vueltas. Ayer noté un lugar que captó mi atención y decidí entrar. Por cierto, estaba cerrado, pero con las puertas abiertas. Había un amigo mío en el porche y también un anciano amable. Pregunté si podía entrar y me dijeron que no estaba abierto al público, pero insistí y le dije al anciano amable que era prima de Lázaro Mateo y él amablemente aceptó mostrarme y explicarme todo.
¿Cuál era ese lugar misterioso? ¡Nada más y nada menos que el Centro de Documentación Argeliés León! Su propósito principal es facilitar documentos históricos relacionados con la música, y también es un museo.
Bueno, está ubicado en la calle principal de la ciudad de Pinar del Río, así que no es ciencia de cohetes encontrarlo.
Estaba emocionada por lo que estaba a punto de ver. El nombre del anciano es Elpidio y es un experto en este tipo de temas.
Pude recorrer todas las salas y él me explicó todo.
La primera sala que visité está dedicada a Pedro Junco, un famoso músico de la provincia. Fue reconocido nacional e internacionalmente por su música. Los visitantes pueden apreciar algunas fotos de él, de su familia, las bandas musicales que tuvo, una hermosa chaqueta que le perteneció, algunos muebles clásicos entre otros objetos interesantes.
¡La siguiente sala fue mi favorita! Tiene una colección de fonógrafos clásicos por año y una popular "vitrola" (tenías que insertar una moneda para escuchar tus canciones favoritas). Esto tal vez por mi afición a escuchar música.
La siguiente sala tiene una colección de portadas de CD y anuncios de la época de fiestas, celebraciones y bailes para año nuevo y otras fechas especiales.
¡La última sala es una exhibición de instrumentos musicales!
Afuera, el lugar tiene hermosos murales, mesas, sillas y un espacio para reuniones, conciertos y actividades culturales.
Me llevó a su oficina y me mostró los muebles allí. ¡Increíbles muebles tradicionales!
No sé si este es un lugar popular y si la gente suele visitarlo o estudiar en él, especialmente estudiantes de música, artistas o músicos profesionales, pero sé que es uno de los lugares que merece estar siempre lleno de ojos curiosos por su contenido y su valor histórico.
Realmente espero que hayan disfrutado este viaje tanto como yo y que les hayan gustado todas las fotos y, ¿por qué no? Quizás algún día puedan visitarlo. Desde ahora, visitaré y les mostraré mi provincia y mi país y cada lugar que pueda visitar.

I really love traveling, it is one of my multiple passions. I come from a traveller family, so I wish to share with you some of my journeys (and I hope that you may enjoyed them).
Curiously, I live in Pinar del Río and I have not visited most of the places here, so I plan to start going to that places and of course, left you here my review.

To stop going around the bunch. Yesterday I noticed a place that kept my attention and I decided to enter. It was closed by the way, but with the doors open. There were a friend of mine in the porch and also an old kind man. I asked if I could enter and they told me that it was not open to the public, but I insisted and told the old kind man that I was Lázaro Mateo's cousin and he kindly accepted to show me and explain everything to me.
Which was that mysterious place? Nothing more and nothing left than the Argeliés León Document's Center. It's main purpose is to facilitate historical documents related to music, and it is also a museum.
Well, it is located in the main street of Pinar del Río city, so it is not rocket science to find it.
I was excited about what I was about to see. The old man's name is Elpidio and he is an expert in this kind of topics.
I could go around all the rooms and he explained everything.
The first room I visited, is dedicated to Pedro Junco, a famous musician from the province. He was nationally and internationally recognized for his music. Visitors can appreciate some photos of him, his family, the musical bands he had, a beautiful jacket that belonged to him, some classical furniture among other interesting objects.
The following room was my favorite one! It has a collection of classical phonographes by year and a popular "vitrola" (you had to enter a coin to listen to your favorite songs). Probably this because of my obsession for listening to music.

The next room has a collection of CD fronts and epoch announcements of parties, celebrations and dances for new year and other special dates.
The last room is an exhibition of musical instruments!
Outside, the place has beautiful wallpaintings, tables, chairs and a space for meetings, concerts and cultural activities.
He took me to his office and showed me the furniture there. Traditional amazing furniture!
I do not know if this is a popular place and if people are used to visit it or study in it, specially music students, artists or professional musicians, but I know that it is one of the places that deserves to be always full of curious eyes because of it content and it's historical value.
I really hope that you have enjoyed this journey as much as me and have liked all the photos and, why not? Maybe some day you are able to visit it. Since now, I will visit and show you my province and my country and every place that I may visit.
