'Warbla' - New Original Music -Just Some More Random Nighttime Ideas - Electronic/Instrumental

not the most exciting or interesting thing as I was mostly just playing around with some of my less commonly used plug-ins. Izotope's Vinyl plug-in was used on both Tracks 2 and 3, a grand piano and electric piano from PianoTeq. The basic progression is built of 2 parts, with a variation on the 2nd part. The first part, in blue/green in Tracks 1-4, is pictured below, and plays a weird little 3 bar turnarond. The second part is in orange below, and moves from Ebmaj9 to Abmaj6 to C. This repeats 2x, then drops down a minor 3rd and plays the whole thing again, before returning to the turnaround. Track 4 provides some drums; I was playing around with the 'Sol Hard' kit, which has some sounds I like. There's a ride cymbal in the background that pitch shifts around, which provides a cool, weird sound, though I think maybe it would be better used in a quirkier, weirder idea overall. Tracks 6 and 7 are grouped together, and both were recorded from different Cypher2 preset sounds. These are Sequencer presets specifically, and are... fine, though they don't really fit the overall vibe. Generally, this song feels a bit too much like a random assortment of sounds, but I dunno, maybe I can pull some parts out and try and build new things around them... we'll see where things go.
