'Song 75' - New Original Music - A Super Quick, Solo Microfreak Creation

playing with the Microfreak a bit. This is only 3 tracks, but with the Microcosm, things got filled in pretty nicely. I started with a pad sound, just through the Microcosm (Mosaic sound). This plays a bit of melody and chords, with no set meter, sort of just floaty changes. Track 2 was a bass part, which sticks to single notes. Because nothing was lined up to a grid, I was just jamming with my previously recorded track and not focusing too much on making sure bass notes hit directly with chord changes. This made for a cool effect actually, sometimes they come in earlier and it feels like a suspension of sorts, dragging us into the resolution. Other times they were a bit late, so the real chord quality suddenly just appears when the bass note plays. Those weren't intentional, but I like the results. Track 3 was just chordy stuff, going through both the Astral Destiny and the Microcosm (the Haze setting). Considering only 3 tracks, I am happy with the results!
