'Groovings' - New Original Music - Messing Around w/ Drum Effects

at least of now, though it could become something. It was just a session to mess around with some drum effects, though I wound up with a beat I do like quite a bit. The other 2 instruments (piano in Track 1, and some vocals in Track 5) are probably not permanent, I added them kinda last minute, but don't really love them, although the chord progression itself is okay. The whole tune is in 6/8, and I started with a drumbeat that had 2 bars that repeated, with different kick/snare divisions; the first bar had a kick on 1 and 3, and a snare on 6, and the second had a kick on 1 and snare on 3 (more of a standard 6/8 beat). I added Thermal and some echo on this, which wound up adding a whole bunch of ghost notes that made the beat a lot more interesting. Overall, it might be a little too much in a waltzy time signature, but I think there's a way to build a cool tune around this, so I'll keep playing around and see what happens.
