Grapthar's Daily Hive Music Feature: Cloud Nothings - 'Sight Unseen'

to Cloud Nothings before this past week. I realized that they may have released new music since then, turns out there was actually quite a bit, so I first checked that out. There is some cool stuff there, but personally, my favorites of theirs are the album Attack on Memory, and then a spattering of other songs throughout various other albums. Their 2017 album Life Without Sound is good, not my favorite as a whole but, this song is definitely one of my go-to's, and one that I've had on all sorts of playlists since its release. I do love that this band can completely alter their style and sound from song to song and album to album; the earliest stuff is sort of dancey, lofi indie, which morphed into more post-hardcore/emo influenced ideas, into this surfier, more straightforwardly punky stuff, and all sorts of other ideas and genres.
