'Dorian Stacks' - New Original Music - A Short, New Idea...

recently, but I was messing with this last night and I think it's a cool idea so far. It's short, and consists of a pad sound that plays a single chord, and a piano that plays everything else, but so far I like it a lot, and I think it could be a great jumping off point for something, so I'll keep jamming on it. The idea started with just playing something in E Dorian, and I outlined the chord in Track 1 first. Everything in Track 2 (the piano) is a Dorian chord shape of various kinds, though I didn't give much thought to a specific progression, rather just a spacey kind of vibe, which I think worked out decently well. If this becomes something more interesting or expansive, I'll be sure to share the results.
