Me encuentro nuevamente con ustedes en este día para llevarles mensajes de paz, de crecimiento personal y lecciones de vida que nos transmiten esas canciones que hemos escuchado tantas veces y que no le habíamos prestado atención a la letra que nos sugiere esa enseñanza.

Comenzaremos con la agrupación Scorpions y el tema "wind of change"
This time I bring you three songs that speak of important issues for our daily life.
We will start with the Scorpions and the song "wind of change"
Esta canción es una de mis favoritas y la escucho cuando quiero relajarme o hacer un trabajo en la computadora. Tiene una introducción con un silvido muy melódico, que es una forma de emitir un sonido agradabe con la boca. A mi me gusta "silvar" canciones, no me sale muy bien pero me relaja, porque es como tocar una melodía sin instrumento. El caso es que esta introducción queda muy bien en la canción y abre el telón para la hermosa letra que sigue.
Este es un tema que transmite esperanza, sobretodo a aquellos que viven en países sumergidos en guerra permanente. Habla de la esperanza de un futuro donde los vientos soplarán trayendo cambios favorables para todos, sobretodo el cambio que involucra acabar con las guerras y lograr la paz de los pueblos para siempre.
La segunda canción está a cargo de Gilberto Santa Rosa con el famoso tema: conciencia
This song is one of my favorites and I listen to it when I want to relax or do some work on the computer. It has an introduction with a very melodic whistling sound, which is a way of emitting a pleasant sound with the mouth. I like to "whistle" songs, I don't do it very well but it relaxes me, because it's like playing a melody without an instrument. The fact is that this introduction fits very well in the song and opens the curtain for the beautiful lyrics that follow.
This is a song that transmits hope, especially to those who live in countries submerged in permanent war. It speaks of the hope of a future where the winds will blow bringing favorable changes for all, especially the change that involves ending wars and achieving peace for all people forever.
The second song is by Gilberto Santa Rosa with the famous theme: conscience.
Gilberto Santa Rosa, apodado "el caballero de la salsa", es un cantante con un estilo muy particular de cantar la salsa. Podríamos decir que es una especie de salsa romántica y él la canta de una manera que invita a escucharla por su letra, excelente interpretación y su agradable melodía.
Aquí se plantea una disputa entre la conciencia y la razón desde el punto de vista de las relaciones amorosas. La letra dice: "cuando se aferra un querer al corazón y la conciencia no tiene la razón, no valen los consejos", también agrega: "me dice el corazón: no pierdas por nada esta ocasión, pero me grita la conciencia: "equivocarte de nuevo, no puede ser coincidencia".
Aquí tenemos cosas que pasan a diario. A veces nos enamoramos con el corazón sin pensar en lo que estamos haciendo, de hecho el amor hace turbar nuestra mente a tal extremo que nos hace ciegos y no escuchamos razones.
A este respecto les puedo dar mi testimonio. Cuando me enamoré, mucha gente me advirtió que tuviera cuidado porque la mujer que había escogido no era buena. Recuerden que ya les conté que mi esposa viene de un pueblo donde los chismes están catalogados como deporte nacional.
Pues bien, la conciencia me hacía dudar por lo que la gente decía, pero el corazón me decía: dale que no hay problema, ella no es así. Gracias a Dios el corazón no se equivocó y tomé la decisión correcta. Este año con el favor de Dios cumpliremos 29 años de casados.
Para cerrar esta triada de canciones, les traigo a un joven salsero llamado Jerry Rivera con la canción titulada: ¿Qué hay de malo?

To close this triad of songs, I bring you a young salsa singer named Jerry Rivera with the song titled: ¿Qué hay de malo?
Este joven, para la época en que salió el tema en los años 90, nativo de Puerto Rico Jerry Rivera, nos relata la historia de una relación amorosa entre adolescentes mal vista por el padre de la joven. Y hace varias preguntas: ¿qué hay de malo en querer, reir, ser joven y vivir?. ¿Será acaso que él (el padre de la joven) jamás se enamoró?
Otra situación que vemos a diario. A cuántos padres les ha pasado que cuando la hija se enamora y trae su pretendiente a casa para presentarlo, lo primero que pensamos y hasta se lo preguntamos es: ¿será un buen hombre? ¿o es un vago?.
A mí me pasó esto por la mente cuando mi hija me presentó a su pretendiente y fui sacándole información para ver si era el candidato adecuado para ella. Afortunadamente es un muchacho vecino que ya lo conocía desde pequeño y pasó la prueba.
El problema viene cuando el muchacho no nos agrada y tratamos de persuadir a la hija a que busque otro candidato, pasando por encima de su elección.
Entonces yo respondería las preguntas de Jerry de esta manera: no hay nada de malo en ser joven, enamorarse y vivir la vida, siempre y cuando sea de la manera en que nuestro ego de padre protector nos indique. Porque no queremos que venga alguien con malas intenciones a dañar a nuestra princesa.
El otro lado de la moneda es que nosotros también pasamos por esa situación cuando nos enamoramos y fuimos a hablar con los representantes de la joven, de ahí la importancia de mantener una buena comunicación con nuestros hijos, ganar su confianza y que ellos puedan transmitirnos todas sus dudas.
De este tema hay mucha tela que cortar pero para no hacerlo tan largo, lo dejamos hasta aquí. Espero encontrarnos en otra oportunidad para seguir reflexionando con canciones.

The other side of the coin is that we also went through that situation when we fell in love and went to talk to the girl's representatives, hence the importance of maintaining good communication with our children, gaining their trust and that they can transmit all their doubts to us.

Acabo de leer todo el post y efectivamente hay un error en la palabra silbido, sin embargo según ví es el único error. Lo malo es que está al principio de mi publicación y me imagino que esto descalifica todo lo demás. No volverá a ocurrir.
No conocia el video oficial de Jerry Rivera...si he oido un monton de veces la cancion en radio, pero Ni sabia del video.
Creo que la Tv en cuestiones de musica actual se vovio algo cansina (el mismo regeton con el mismo sonsonete), ya no hay canales de Tv musicales que pasen algo retro que deleita al oido.
Sabemos que todo va ligado a las ventas, lo actual es lo que vende, tanto video clip, conciertos y musica para comprar por medios digitales.
pero bueno, siempre existira esta musica agradable al oido.
Posdata: deberian grabarla en otro disco y lanzarlo al espacio para que los aliens la oigan y no nos destruyan.
