The world of music is keeping getting competitive daily and it is really evident and getting better daily. In fact, I have come to discover that people who seems to be enjoying the fame of music are mostly the performers. What do I mean by that? Most of the time, we tend to forsake the hardwork of lyrics writers and I actually have this belief that they are not appreciated enough.

It is good to admire and praise those singers, those performers and many more. But we should always give attention to people who are also putting efforts behind the songs sang and that is the writers of those lyrics. They are usually called the ghostwriter. These people help to create amazing lyrics that create successful music. But there is actually a pity, most of the times they are not actually noticed.

When we talk about ghostwriters, they are people who creatively create musics lyrics but officially credited to another artiste based on contract terms. The truth is, this is not the first time we have been witnessing ghostwriters. What I mean by that is even the old musicians always make use of ghostwriters.

Recently, there have been a strong debate to strike away ghostwriters because they have been affecting the authenticity of music lovers. Not only that, it has been affecting the careers of musicians because it has been recently proven that even though those ghostwriters service works with contract, they still rise up in the future and claim the ownership of the song they wrote the lyrics.

Most of the time, it create a very big issue to the reputation of the singers. Well we can't actually blame them. Because it is really looking like the music industry is configured to always praise the performers, the vocalist and generally the entertainers but we always ignore those ghostwriters. I actually believe all those performers or generally the entertainers are not songwriters. So most of the time, they give ghostwriters the benefit to write those lyrics.

I also believe it is high time the music industry should start appreciating the work of ghostwriters and not just try to downplay them. Sometimes, performers can even collaborate with ghostwriters. With that, they can express their unique ideas and be praised by people. All these things will lead to a much more better music. Now come to think of it, it takes a strong humble mind to be a ghost writer.

Imagine you are a ghostwriters, you pour in all your mind and talents to write a song and that particular song have a whole lot of visibility and attention but people hardly pay attention to you. Instead they pay attention to the singers of those songs or generally the performers of those songs, if your heart have not necessarily be helped irrespectively of the contract been sealed, it can affect you mentally. I think this is one of the reason causing issues in the music industry presently. I have been people rising up in the future to actually think and claim those songs that they wrote. No matter what, it is high time the music industry should start giving attention and recognition to ghostwriters.
