Esta semana me unire al concurso con un tema titulado "I Can Dream About You" es una canción escrita e interpretada por el cantautor estadounidense Dan Hartman , incluida en la banda sonora de la película Streets of Fire . Lanzada en 1984 como sencillo de la banda sonora e incluida en el álbum de Hartman, I Can Dream About You , alcanzó el número 6 en el Billboard Hot 100. La canción apareció por primera vez en Streets of Fire , donde fue interpretada por el grupo ficticio de R&B "The Sorels". La voz real detrás de la versión utilizada en la película fue la de Winston Ford, pero la versión de Hartman fue la que se usó en la banda sonora y se lanzó como sencillo. Greetings to all my friends at #hive and in the #vibes community. This week I'm joining the contest with a song titled "I Can Dream About You." It's a song written and performed by American singer-songwriter Dan Hartman, featured on the soundtrack to the film Streets of Fire. Released in 1984 as a single from the soundtrack and included on Hartman's album, I Can Dream About You, it reached number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The song first appeared in Streets of Fire, where it was performed by the fictional R&B group The Sorels. The actual vocals behind the version used in the film were Winston Ford's, but Hartman's version was the one used on the soundtrack and released as a single.
