At last it's Friday man, love this day because it puts an end to weekdays 🤣. Man, this list is like a time machine to 1997. Blink-182’s Sell Out by Reel Big Fish is pure ska gold. You're giving ultimate throwback man
It was peak punk & ska’s mainstream surge indeed! I was only in 8th grade but did get to my first punk show that year. It was the Band Dance Hall Crashers with MxPx & ska band Mustard Plug opening up.
Some bonus picks just for u!
DHC
MxPx
Mustard Plug

Thanks for the mention !PIMP
WTF why have I never heard of these Dance Hall Crashers???
Female voiced Ska Punk, no doubt that I like this but never came across them till now thanks!!
They formed in late eighties I think and little known fact they were an influence on Gwen from No Doubt! !PIMP
One of my favorite tunes ⬆️
Will probably make an appearance in my 1998 breakdown soon.
I believe they had two pre 1995 records but they are all ultra print and were on a small indie label. But check out the four available on streaming 👍. Unfortunately they didn’t get the mainstream success and had to break up after 99 release but a great gem 💎 of a band indeed!
