Excellent selections! I swear it’s like you just grab songs and artists from the soundtrack of my life! …guess we must have grown up in the same time frame…it’s not exactly like I had super alt-tastes and listened to shit no one’s ever heard of lol…although there were a few. Did you ever see/hear a band called The Meeses? I found their demo at Uncle Phil’s record shop for like 50…wait, there’s no cents sign in my symbols? I got it for like half a dollar lol - but they had some legit good songs even though I can’t remember what they were…I think there was one called Girl at the Bust Stop, it was about hitting on a girl at a bus stop and getting full-on rejected.

Anyway, excellent choices, I always appreciate your fine taste!

Holy shit! Yeah I tried googling them before sending that response, but found nothing useful - that’s why, I spelled it wrong! Yes this is the band I was referring to!

But then, even better, I searched for that girl at the bus stop song with the right spelling of Meices, and found that I had merged two nineties memories into one mish-mash of hodge-podge…that song now came up under the obscure nineties whatever category, and I was able to hear it for the first time in probably 26 years!! …the girl at the bus stop song was by another band called My Drug Hell:
