With streaming platforms shifting how people consume live events, I’ve noticed ticketing services are also evolving quickly. After a hiccup last month with a double-booked concert seat, I had to contact seatgeek customer service and was honestly surprised by how responsive they were. It seems like customer experience is becoming just as crucial as the entertainment itself, especially when last-minute changes or venue issues pop up.
