It is amusing that you asked for this. I already have made a pizza art piece in the past. I wanted to sell it to local pizza place. But when I came in I could not force myself to ask for money so I just said that it was a gift and left...I am really bad at this selling thing...🤦
Not a bad looking pizza...I've eaten real ones that look worse than that!
thank you. when I shared it on facebook some people laughed at me. It is strange that in Hive no one ever insulted my art in 7+ years. But my own countrymen on facebook have said that my art is childish and that their kids draw better. I guess you really can't be a prophet in your own country. Either that or some lithuanians are just not very nice people.
I don't think it's specific to Lithuania, many people from many countries are fucken assholes; the good thing is that you can move on from while they are stuck within themselves and have to deal with being an asshole. Often people that say the things you mention above do so out of spite and seek a feeling of empowerment which they mistakenly feel comes through dragging someone down. It's often because they have poor self esteem. What they don't realise is that lifting one's own self esteem is usually as simple as working towards lifting someone else's.
So I say...fuck them.
I tried a bacon,chicken,ranch pizza on this 2 week long haul.

Good morning Galenkp! Yesterday I was caught in this dilemma of whether or not to help a friend, but I thought things through and did it, and I think it was the right decision, so impossible not to connect with that Robert Lee quote you share today.
Whenever I think of those couple of friends I lost I always wonder if they really considered me a friend, because there are so many people who stay in my life over time, and I have tolerated and respected all my friendships and have never had to walk away from anyone's life. I think that topic is too deep for me right now 😅 maybe I'll go for my beloved hamburgers...
It's a good quote right? Better when a person acts it out in real life.
Whatever topic you select, I know you'll bring your passion and personality, that's all I hope for.

I Am Your Burger Man
Those are some good ones! I have a burger in mind, but it isn't very photogenic. The flavor though it quite amazing. I only get it once a year if I am lucky. Sometimes twice. I hope you have an awesome weekend!

It is actually sad when we loose those friends that played an important role in our lives. I have a lot of them for several reasons.

A true friend probably wouldn't even ask me for a favor if it wasn't reasonable.

Hi @galenkp, happy weekend! The topics are interesting. I liked the Robert E. Lee quote. My best friend emigrated to another continent over a year ago, and due to scheduling and work issues, communication has been somewhat difficult. I miss her very much and hope we can see each other again. She's a sister life gave me, and a wonderful person and friend.
For my post, I chose question number 1. Both options are delicious, but my favorite is pizza.
