Guided Meditation - Time of Relaxation
Today I would like to present you a new format on my channel and this is my first guided session of meditation which I would like to present to you. The duration is 10 minutes and it should help to relax and bring the body into a positive balance.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
