Meditation Music - Grounding, Well-Beeing
My new meditation music can help to ground the body and improve the general well-being and as always, I have built different frequencies into the background which can help. Grounding is very important to improve the general health and the body and can be considered as a kind of protective shield and a way to connect with nature. Grounding can also generally help the immune system and even it can have anti-inflammatory properties and affect vitality.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
