¡Buenas mis panas amantes de la música! espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, en esta oportunidad vamos a hablar de un asunto muy importante, y ese sobre la música anterior a los años 80s, como todos ya sabemos, gracias a la redes sociales e incluso películas se han logrado rescatar o revivir mejor dichos, piezas musicales que en su día no dejaban de sonar en la radio, pero que con el paso del tiempo quedaron opacadas tras generaciones y generaciones de artistas nuevas tendencias y en general por el exponencial crecimiento de la industria musical, algo inevitable y natural, pero a dia de hoy, es ya muy diferente y sobretodo gracias a la internet y a aplicaciones ocmo Spotify que recopilan y organizan estas piezas musicales ¿Mi objetivo hoy? darles a conocer cuales son mis canciones "Vintage" que tengo guardadas en mi lista de reproducción y mientras las menciono, les comentaré como fue que descubrí estas canciones de una época tan lejana, ¡Comencemos!

Marvel caló muy hondo en la cultura popular con sus películas y una de las grandes aportaciones de sus películas, han sido traer a de vuelta grandes éxitos de épocas lejanas, ya en la primera de Iron Man, podíamos escuchar la legendaria pieza de Black Sabbath, pero la canciones que definitivamente hizo que yo relacionara la canción con la película es ni mas ni menos que "Come and Get Your Love" de "Redbone" para mi resulta imposible separar ambas cosas ahora, y eso debe a la genial banda sonora que suena durante determinados momentos a lo largo de la película, para la canción en si supuso un repunte, porque no fue poca la popularidad que alcanzo, tan solo hay que irse a los comentarios de casi cualquier vídeo que la sube a las redes sociales se pueden encontrar múltiples referencias a Marvel, un síntoma en su defecto pero que no le quita su excelente sonido,

¿Alguna vez han pasado por eso? querer dedicar una canción y no saber cual expresa bien los sentimientos que no uno tiene, honestamente es una sensación frustrante, al menos para mi, porque no es que yo tenga un repertorio de seleccionables pistas para mandárselas a una posible novia y no todas poseen un ritmo que me guste, mi pensamiento es que si vas a dedicar una canción por lógica a ti también te tiene que gustar y si no tiene chiste, y por más que encontraba una que otras se me hacían "aceptables" no fue hasta que me encontré con una canción de Paul Anka, que expreso adecuadamente lo que sentía en ese momento, y mis panas, hasta el sol de hoy la sigo escuchando, entre otros méritos, esta cancion se hizo famosa brevemente por ser utilizada en todo tipo de vídeos de Tik Tok, con remixes y más, pero personalmente, yo me quedo con la canción original.

Hay cosas que uno como aficionado de la música no puede evitar, y es el estar preguntándose que otra gran canción nos estaremos perdiendo simplemente por no conocer el nombre o por no conocerla del todo, las búsquedas para actualizar nuestra es y siguen siendo una de las maneras mas efectivas para encontrar autenticas joyas de la cual uno no se ha enterado, en épocas tan lejanas como los 60s, es muy fácil quedarse con los nombre de los 3 o 2 grupos mas famosos y asumir que esas eran todas las canciones que se escuchaban en ese entonces, pero nada mñas lejos de la realidad, en la épocas de los sagrados Beatles, The Animals rompió la radio con este temazo, triste y un poco deprimente, pero que para mi fue el descubrir agua en el desierto, curiosamente no recuerdo haberla escuchado en ningún otro medio mas que merito propio, pero seguramente habrá aparecido en algún lugar como en una serie o en una película.

Pero quien si apareció en multitud de películas y referenciada en múltiples videojuegos de alto estatus fue "Fortunate son" canción de "Creedence Clearwater Revival" la letra simplemente narrá el descontento que reinaba en los 70s, cuando Vietnam estaba ocurriendo y cuando muchos reclutas eran enviados a selvas a morir, aunque muy política, la canción fue un gran exito en la cultura de los Estados unidos haciendo que aun hoy perviva su letra y su ritmo, esta canción me encanto cuando la escuche por primera vez, pues estaba interesado mas que todo en encontrar películas sobre la guerra de vietnam así como canciones que se compusieron en honor a aquel conflicto tan emblemático, aunque reconozco que no es para todo el mundo.

Pero canción que si creo que es para todo el mundo, es esta obra maestra, se que la canción y los gustos son muy subjetivos y que todo el mundo en una mezcolanza de formas en las que le gustan las canciones, pero creo que lo que hicieron los músicos de "Grand Funk Railroad" con "Some Kind of Wonderful" no tiene nombre, es la definición de estar enamorado de tu novia y no tener manera de compararla con nadie, porque es única, porque es especial y porque nadie puede ser testigo de lo que uno siente por su nena, me encanta esta canción y la razón de su redescubrimiento pasa por uno de los mejores videojuegos de la historia, el GTA San Andreas, cuando ibas por ahí en moto en las llanuras del campo o conduciendo por ahí era muy común que en la estación de radio de aquel mítico juego sonara esta pieza, no tenia ni idea del nombre sin embargo, porque no reconocía lo que se decía en ingles, pero un buen dia en You Tube me encontré con la canción y ahora la vivo reproduciendo casi todos los días, en espera de dedicarla en un futuro aniversario.
