¡Buenas mis panas amantes de la música! ¿Como están? espero de corazón que muy bien y con ganas de escucharse unos sonidos potentes que tan a hacer sentir que res el Rey de la calle, hoy vamos a explorar un genero que ha estado íntimamente relacionado con las peleas de bandas, con lo políticamente incorrecto, pero sobretodo, con dejarnos de adornar la realidad y contar las verdades que hay allá afuera y las tragedias personales, todo en versos cuya mayor característica es que tienen que rimar al final de la oración, El Rap honestamente es uno de los géneros que menos he explorado pero que cuyas canciones, cuando las escucho, me es imposible no conectar con sus letras, así que bueno mis panas, teniendo eso en cuenta, y como siempre, advirtiendo que no soy para nada un conocer de musica, procederé a comentarles mis canciones favoritas.

I hope from the bottom of my heart that you are very well and eager to listen to some powerful sounds that will make you feel like you are the King of the street, today we are going to explore a genre that has been intimately related to gang fights, to the politically incorrect, but above all, to stop embellishing reality and tell the truths that are out there and personal tragedies, Rap is honestly one of the genres that I have explored the least but whose songs, when I listen to them, it is impossible for me not to connect with their lyrics, so well my friends, taking that into account, and as always, warning that I am not at all a music connoisseur, I will proceed to tell you my favorite songs.

Todos tenemos unas canciones precisas que son las primeras en darnos la bienvenida a ciertos géneros de música, y donde yo comencé con gustos fue por Linkin Park como explique en una publicación pasada, curiosamente, esta banda tocaba en un estilo que combinaba el genero del Metal con el Rap y me encantaba, sin embargo, una de las canciones queme saco de mi orbita que solo enfocaba en el Rock y el Metal, vino en la forma de un juego, el GTA San Andreas, y en una de las radios disponibles para escuchar, podías encontrar esta tremenda pieza, donde Dr.Dre junto al inmortal Snopp Dogg nos demuestra la alta clase de rapero que son, de joven, nunca entendí nada de lo que hablaban o decían esos artistas, pero eso me no me detuvo para que esta canción anduviera por mi cabeza hasta que por fin di con el nombre exacto de la misma.
We all have some precise songs that are the first to welcome us to certain genres of music, and where I started with tastes was Linkin Park as I explained in a past publication, curiously, this band played in a style that combined the genre of Metal with Rap and I loved it, however, one of the songs that took me out of my orbit that only focused on Rock and Metal, came in the form of a game, the GTA San Andreas, and in one of the radios available to listen, you could find this tremendous piece, where Dr. Dre along with the immortal Snop and the immortal Snop, played by Dr. Dre. Dre together with the immortal Snopp Dogg shows us the high class of rapper they are, when I was young, I never understood anything of what those artists were talking or saying, but that didn't stop me to let this song go through my head until I finally found the exact name of it.

A quien tarde más en descubrir pero cuyo ritmo y letras me impresionaron muchísimo es al "Slim Shady" o el mejor conocido como Eminem, a este artista no recuerdo la forma en que encontré su video o su canción particular que hizo engancharme, pero mi recuerdo mas antiguo esta basado en la película que hicieron sobre su vida y sobretodo, como en el épico final no termina elogiándose a si mismo, siendo siendo su mayor critico, pero volviendo a la canción ¿Porque "Without Me"? ¿Porque no "Rap God"? que esta considerada como una de las canciones más difíciles de cantar, o ¿O porque no "Lose Youserlf"? que esta mas íntimamente relacionada con su película, y los inicios de Eminem, creo que en este asunto, la respuesta esta en los gustos, porque las 3 mencionadas canciones son unas piezas que tienen que ser consideradas patrimonios del propio Rap, por lo relevante y lo buenas que son las canciones, pero si hay una cosa que me hizo decidirme por esta canción, es por la manera tan única, de burlarse de sus propios críticos y de la industria que casi disfrutaban hablar del este tremendo artista, creo que esta es mi razón, aparte de la esplendida canción que es por si sola, de seleccionarla por encima de las demás, aunque para eso están los gustos mis panas.

Who took me longer to discover but whose rhythm and lyrics impressed me a lot is "Slim Shady" or better known as Eminem, I don't remember the way I found his video or his particular song that got me hooked, but my earliest memory is based on the movie they made about his life and above all, how in the epic ending he doesn't end up praising himself, being his biggest critic, but back to the song, why "Without Me"? Why not "Rap God"? which is considered one of the most difficult songs to sing, or why not "Lose Youserlf"? which is more closely related to his movie, and the beginnings of Eminem, I think that in this matter, the answer is in the tastes, because the 3 mentioned songs are pieces that have to be considered patrimonies of Rap itself, because of how relevant and how good the songs are, but if there is one thing that made me decide for this song, it's because of the unique way in which it's performed, is because of the unique way of making fun of his own critics and the industry that almost enjoyed talking about this tremendous artist, I think this is my reason, apart from the splendid song that is by itself, to select it above the others, but that's what tastes are for my panas.

En 2022 uno de los que fue de los mayores raperos en su tiempo, dejo este mundo, pero no se fue sin dejar un mensaje o lo que a mi parece, un himno, para mi, es una de las canciones con las letras más duras y reales que he escuchado, y ejemplifica muy bien el clima de violencia entre pandillas y la incertidumbre de caminar por un barrio peligroso, en el que no sabes si veras la luz del día, es una canción que lejos de tener pretensiones de presumir de dinero, poder o mujeres, más bien, pinta las consecuencias que tiene involucrarse en ese tipo de vida o estar viviendo en un ambiente que te empuja a volverte un criminal o en este caso, un ganster, es una gran lastima que Coolio se haya ido a antes de siquiera entrar en la plena vejez, pero son cosas que pasan, Coolio siempre estará presente en mi lista de canciones preferidas y te extiendo la invitación, a que aprecies este tipo de canciones tanto por su letra como por su ritmo, escuchándolas por lo menos una vez :) que en paz descanse una de las leyendas del Rap.

¡Gracias por leer hoy! siento que debí extenderme un poco más con las canciones y con el top en general, pero creo que esta bien dejarlo aquí ya que bueno, tampoco puedo ahondar mucho en canciones o artistas que no conozco muy bien probablemente los seguidores de 2Pac o Notorius Big ya quieren hacerme un atentado en un sabre verde hahah, pero dejaremos al resto de contribuyentes del genero para una próxima ocasion, por no mencionar que tampoco hable del genero del Rap pero en español sección que decidí abordar por separado, en todo caso, gracias por quedarse hasta acá, nos vemos pronto mis panas :)

It's a difficult job when you don't know as much about music as you'd like to know about it, but it's great to see that people like it and it inspires you to keep commenting on genres, bands and artists :)
