¡Buenas mis panas y queridos amantes de la música, sean bienvenidos otra vez a una nueva publicación! donde hoy, hablaremos sobre una de las míticas bandas que han sido creadas y en su momento, la que llevo el genero del Nu Metal al trono de la musica global durante algunos años, al punto de que a día de hoy, no creo que necesite presentación, pero si no los conoces, no te preocupes, pues hoy hablaremos de la importancia de sus canciones, lo que significo para una generación entera, y como un trágico final para su vocalista no significo que no volveríamos a oír su voz otra vez, quédate para saber más de Linkin Park, la banda a la que muchos le debemos nuestro gusto por las canciones agresivas, sentimentales y con un mensaje que dar ¡Comencemos!

A finales de los 90s la música venían saliendo de una era dorada que hasta el sol de hoy no se ha visto otra vez con tal intensidad, pero con la llegada de un prematuro pero importante factor, la Internet, las cosas comenzaron a cambiar progresivamente, en especial con los vídeos musicales que se transmitían en MTV y posteriormente en You Tube, donde uno se enteraba de los grupos mas destacados del momento, y entre ellos, el que hizo a mi parecer mejor este trabajo fue Linkin Park, una banda que conocían a penas sus vecinos a finales de los 90, pero que escalo hasta el estrellato cuando lanzaron su álbum debut, "Hybrid Theory" y que no es para menos, en esta álbum podemos encontrar unos temazos demasiado sensacionales que no dejan a nadie indiferente, para ejemplo tenemos a "One Step Closer" "Crawling" "Papercut" y unas de mis favoritas "A Place For My Head" pero de todas estas canciones, la mas importante es la primera que mencione, "One Step Closer" puesto que esta canción fue la prueba de fuego de la banda ante las masas ya que salio primero que el album oficial y termino siendo un presentación digna de lo que terminaría siendo Linkin Park con esta primera entrega.

Linkin Park humildemente llego a vender más de 5 millones de Albums en su debut, y bueno mis panas ustedes me podrán educar mejor de cuantas bandas han hecho semejante logro en la actualidad, que no dudo que las habrá, pero que sinceramente por aquellos días creo que pesaba más hacerlo, ya que no existían ni los algoritmos de redes sociales que beneficiaban la viralización (Exceptuando tal vez a You Tube) pero el punto que quiero destacar, es que ante un estallido tremendo y una presentación que golpe en el corazón de todo el escuchaba música, un escéptico podría pensar que tan solo fue muy buen golpe de suerte y que quizás, tan solo dejarían un buen album para su recuerdo, nada más lejos de la realidad pues tras consolidar su popularidad, con unas cuantas giras, lanzarían en 2003 uno de los Albums con los que más llegue a definir mis gustos por la música, "Meteora" que entre "Numb" "Faint" y "From The Inside" no tengo manera de elegir cual me gusta más, pues con estas canciones, tuve mis primeros acercamientos al metal y al rock, pero todo lo que sube tiene que bajar, y aunque Linkin Park nunca dejo de producir música para sus fans, se hizo evidente que ya no tenían intenciones de seguir sacando canciones con el mismo estilo agresivo de sus inicios, pese a todo, considero que supieron adaptar muy bien a los cambios del mundo, y no desaparecieron o anunciaron su retiro como muchas otras bandas de inicios de los 2000, pero, la tragedia de Chester, vocalista de la banda, dio un golpe letal al grupo y a sus fans, al conocerse el "suicidio" de su miembro más importante.... pero ¿Era el final?

Soy gran amante del arte creado por linkin Park, me acabo de enterar del sencillo gracias a tu redacción, sentí melancolía y emoción al escuchar Lost, y con respecto a no poder escoger una canción favorita me identifico contigo ☺️

No recuerdo la primera vez que escuche una canción linkin park, esta muy pequeño y por un tío fue que los conocí, la verdad ellos dejaron una huella que esta hoy en día son recordados y serán recordados al pasar de los años, cada canción era una obra de arte no importa que tan ligera fuera o que tan fuerte, siempre sera un bonito recuerdo pensar el momento de l bum de sus canciones y del grupo, excelente post amigo!
Comparto contigo ese sentimiento mi hermano :) yo los descubrí por un primo prácticamente y de ahi adopte a Linkin Park como mi banda favorita, sonaban genial en ese entonces y siguen sonando brutales ahora que tengo mas edad, sin duda una banda que va a perdurar en la memoria. ¡Gracias por comentar hermano!
Me considero del tipo de personas que le gusta la música, sin importar género, romántico, reguetón, bachata, salsa , rock y etcétera, y una de las bandas que más me gustaba oír era esa, gracias por recordarnosla ☺️
Compartimos la misma valoración entonces porque yo también me considero alguien así hahah aunque antes vivía enfrascado en el rock y metal y eso no esta bien, la música tiene tantas maneras de disfrutarse hoy día que esta muy chimbo solo meterse en un genero :)
