Experimental Pyro-Musical Pirotecnia Vulcano - March 11th - Falla Mossén Sorell-Corona - Iván Llopis

I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of pyro-musicals, as I prefer to hear the sounds of the fireworks themselves. The notion that fireworks are merely an accompaniment to a popular piece of music doesn't sit well with me. For me, the fireworks should be the true star of the show!

However, the "pyro-musical" I recently experienced was different. Pianist and composer Iván Llopis collaborated with Pirotecnia Vulcano on this piece, and both of them emphasize that it is not a traditional pyro-musical. In fact, it stands on its own as a unique work of art!
