I hope everyone is having a great weekend, this week for everyone in my house has been full of emotions, positive emotions thank God, we are all happy, because it has culminated a school year, which certainly has been a little run over by the great strike of teachers and teachers who were during the first 3 months of the year, Mathias is being promoted to second grade, my baby is no longer little, he has been maturing, he is still tremendous, restless and above all curious, the latter is what I hope will never change. Thanks to the extracurricular activities, such as his directed homework and music, which he has shown to love very much, he has been able to reach this level of maturity that he has acquired.
This week my little one had his end of the school year share at school, and his two corresponding concerts to meet the approval requirements in the music school, I must say that an exception was made in the flute class with his final evaluation , since unlike his classmates who go to a recital where everyone makes a beautiful ensemble, Mathias started classes 3 months late, added to this, the first two months he got very sick for which he lost a good amount of classes, however, we did not lose enthusiasm and we continued the practices from home, thus completing the initiation module, where after his individual presentation, he managed to obtain a 20/20, which I must say surprised me a lot, without However, the professor of the chair told me that he was more than satisfied, because as I have already mentioned before, he is the first student that he receives at the age of 6 and that it is a real challenge, which has shown to have very good qualities, because there are other Older children who cannot complete the module can imagine how this mommy was inflated by so much pride.
On Thursday it was the turn of the class of four, a group recital in which my little one surprised me a lot, since they had told me that he would only play one song, a waltz by maestro Simón Díaz, well, as with the flute he still does not keep pace with the other companions, however, when we thought that the four would lie down, which is what they do to indicate that he did not continue playing, he continued playing a quirpa and a passage, songs from the folklore genre of my country, literally leaving me with my mouth open, Mathias definitely never ceases to amaze me, always with his ideas and his willingness to learn, in the class of four he did not obtain the same qualification as in flute, he only obtained a 14/20, which I considered fair, since he still has a long way to go.
The work continues, the music does not rest, and like all art, if things are not practiced constantly, things are forgotten, so even on vacation we must continue practicing, it is very likely that Mathias will start playing soccer on vacation, he needs something to get distracted and if, in addition to having fun, it gives you discipline, that's wonderful for me. I have not yet finished defining what we will do during your vacation, but staying at home doing nothing is definitely not an option.
On the other hand, they still haven't given me the school report card, that's what I have to go to on Monday, however, seeing their progress at home, and taking into account that a grade in a report card does not define intelligence of our children, I feel satisfied with their progress, their intelligence and audacity to learn day by day, I feel proud of my little one and above all I must give myself my support and feel proud, because although I do not consider myself an exemplary mother, I know I'm not doing too badly either, so, having completed a school year, I hug myself tight, as well as my beloved Mathias.

¡Saludos mamis y papis de esta hermosa casa! Espero todos estén teniendo un excelente fin de semana, esta semana para todos en mi casa ha estado lleno de emociones, emociones positivas gracias a Dios, estamos todos felices, pues ha culminado un año escolar, que ciertamente ha estado un poco atropellado por el gran paro de maestros y profesores que hubo durante los primeros 3 meses del año, y que aun cuando pensábamos que todo estaba perdido, los niños dieron todo de sí para cumplir con su programación y poder de esta manera aprobar su grado, Mathias está siendo promovido al segundo grado, ya mi bebe no está chiquitito, ha ido madurando, aún continúa siendo tremendo, inquieto y sobre todo curioso, esto último es lo que espero no cambie jamás. Gracias a las actividades extracurriculares, como sus tareas dirigidas y la música, que ha demostrado amar muchísimo, se ha podido dar este grado de madurez que ha adquirido.
Esta semana mi pequeñín tuvo su compartir de fin de año escolar en el colegio, y sus dos conciertos correspondientes para cumplir con los requisitos de aprobación en la escuela de música, debo decir que en la cátedra de flauta se hizo una excepción con su evaluación final, ya que a diferencia de sus compañeros que van a un recital en donde todos hacen un ensamble hermoso, Mathias comenzó las clases con 3 meses de atraso, aunado a esto, los dos primeros meses se enfermó mucho por lo que perdió una buena cantidad de clases, sin embargo, no perdimos el entusiasmo y continuamos las prácticas desde casa, logrando así, completar el módulo de iniciación, en donde luego de su presentación individual, logro obtener un 20/20, lo cual debo decir que me sorprendió muchísimo, sin embargo, el profesor de la cátedra me dijo que estaba más que satisfecho, pues como ya les he mencionado antes, es el primer alumno que recibe con 6 años y que es un verdadero reto, que ha demostrado tener muy buenas cualidades, pues hay otros niños de más edad que no logran culminar el módulo, podrán imaginar cómo estaba esta mami de inflada por tanto orgullo.
El día jueves le tocó el turno a la cátedra de cuatro, un recital grupal en el que mi pequeño me sorprendió muchísimo, puesto que me habían comentado que él solo tocaría una canción, un vals del maestro Simón Díaz, pues al igual que con la flauta él aún no le lleva el paso a los demás compañeros, sin embargo, cuando pensábamos que acostaría el cuatro, que es lo que hacen para indicar que no continuara tocando, el continuo tocando una quirpa y un pasaje, canciones del género del folklore de mi país, dejándome literalmente con la boca abierta, definitivamente Mathias no deja de sorprenderme, siempre con sus ocurrencias y su disposición a aprender, en la cátedra de cuatro no obtuvo la misma calificación que en flauta, obtuvo solo un 14/20, lo cual consideré justo, pues aún tiene mucho camino por recorrer.
El trabajo continúa, la música no descansa, y como todo arte, si no se practica constantemente las cosas se olvidan, por lo que aun en vacaciones debemos continuar practicando, es muy probable que en vacaciones Mathias comience a practicar futbol, necesita algo en que distraerse y si además de divertirse le imparte disciplina, para mí es maravilloso. Aún no he terminado de definir qué haremos durante sus vacaciones, pero definitivamente quedarse en casa sin hacer nada no es una opción.
Por otra parte, aún no me han entregado el boletín de calificaciones del colegio, a eso me toca ir el lunes, sin embargo, viendo sus avances en casa, y teniendo en cuenta que una nota en un boletín de calificaciones, no define la inteligencia de nuestros hijos, me siento satisfecha con sus avances, su inteligencia y audacia para aprender día a día, me siento orgullosa de mi pequeño y dentro de todo debo darme el espaldarazo y sentirme orgullosa, porque aunque no considero que soy una madre ejemplar, sé que tampoco lo estoy haciendo del todo mal, así que, habiendo culminado un año escolar me abrazo fuerte, así como abrazo fuerte a mi amado Mathias.

¿Que qué? ¿Mathias es músico y de paso toca más instrumentos que yo?. Estoy muy impresionado, porque a pesar de lo que dices me parece que su interés en la música es demasiado para la edad que tiene. Yo recomiendo esta vida a todo el que pueda porque es una carrera hermosa. Que bonito que lo apoyes, se ve que fue un gran día, lleno de mucho amor familiar...
Para mí, el hecho de que Mathias se haya enamorado de la música, es una gran bendición, la vida nos cambió por completo, sin duda es más ajetreada y tengo menos tiempo libre, pero su disciplina y su cambio positivo en la escuela, bien lo vale. Él me dice que la música le encanta, ya quiere tocar otros instrumentos como el arpa, el piano y la flauta transversa, no deja de decir eso, pero ya veremos como nos va, esto apenas comienza.
