Hello friends of Hive and my Hive Open Mic family; for me it is an honor to be the host for the 2nd time of this world stage thanks to the video I made for week 154 whose theme was "Musical Comedy" and that granted me the Spotlight Artist mention!!!!

It is incredible the amount of original songs that I have listened to during this week and I know that after I upload this video, more will keep coming, so I want to thank those who dared to compose a song with or without knowledge on the subject, that shows that when we love music we accept the challenge to learn, know and grow even more. By saying this, I do not diminish the importance of those who made covers, on the contrary, thanks to you also for not having stopped participating, I value it very much and for that I send you a huge hug!

I have several rock songs made that I have not yet shared with you, however, I wanted to venture to do something different; today I bring you a song I wrote especially for this theme entitled "Love Is The Only Way" in reggae, a very nice genre to play as it conveys joy, positivity and good vibes.

It was not easy to make this song for many reasons but I think I was able to fulfill the objective somehow and transmit what I wanted. I recognize that I still have a lot more to learn and that this achievement was one more step to be able to have precision in my failures and turn them into progress for when I do something like this again. I wrote the lyrics of the song in Spanish and English and I was inspired by the whole process we went through as Hivers and as human beings on the platform.

Several people have told me that I made them run with the theme 😅, well I tell you that I also ran with this idea to give you something out of the ordinary... the experience has been exciting for most of us, don't you think?

Hola amigos de Hive y de mi familia Hive Open Mic; para mi es un honor ser el anfitrión por 2da vez de esta tarima mundial gracias al video que hice para la semana 154 cuya temática fue "Comedia Musical" y que me concedió la mención de Spotlight Artist!!

Es increíble la cantidad de canciones originales que he escuchado a lo largo de esta semana y sé que luego de yo subir este video, seguirán llegando más, por eso quiero darle las gracias a quienes se atrevieron a componer una canción con o sin conocimiento en la materia, eso da a entender que cuando amamos la música aceptamos el reto que sea para poder aprender, conocer y crecer aún más. Por decir esto, no resto importancia a quienes hicieron covers, al contrario, gracias a ustedes también por no haber dejado de participar, eso lo valoro mucho y por ello les envío un abrazo inmenso!!!

Yo tengo varias canciones de rock hechas que todavía no he compartido con ustedes, sin embargo, me quise aventurar a hacer algo distinto; hoy les traigo una canción que escribí especialmente para esta temática titulada "Love Is The Only Way" (El amor es el único camino) en reggae, un género muy bonito para tocar ya que proyecta alegría, positivismo y buenas vibras.

No fue fácil hacer esta canción por muchos motivos pero creo que pude cumplir el objetivo de alguna manera y transmitir lo que quería. Reconozco que me falta mucho más por aprender y que este logro fue un paso más para poder tener precisión en mis fallas y convertirlas en avances para cuando vuelva a hacer algo así. La letra de la canción la escribí en Español e Inglés y me inspiré en todo el proceso que vivimos como Hivers y como seres humanos en la plataforma.

Varios me han dicho que los hice correr con la temática 😅, pues les comento que yo también corrí con esta idea para brindarles algo fuera de lo habitual... la experiencia ha sido emocionante para la mayoría no creen?

El ritmo de la canción me atrapó, amo el reggae,me hace sentir super bien.

Estoy más que segura que el mejor camino es el del Amor, y escucharte me lo confirma. Sin duda nos pusiste a crear esta semana y he escuchado canciones y entradas maravillosas.

Sería genial hacer varias semanas al año de canciones originales.

Para mí siempre es un honor escucharte y aunque no fue rock toda la presentación y tus solos en la guitarra tuvieron tu fuerza.
