¡Una nueva alegría musical! (ESP-ENG) - #MusicalMonday

Este sábado fue un día muy especial, un día inolvidable. Estuve visitando a una querida prima, después salí a comer una rica barquilla de chocolate para luego terminar frente al mar, paraje en el cual me propuse escuchar los resultados del concurso VIBES WEB3 de nuestra plataforma, para quienes aún no conocen este concurso se trata de una vitrina musical en la cual cada semana los músicos y cantantes tenemos la oportunidad de mostrar lo que nos apasiona hacer y poder ganar unos premios geniales y en esta ocasión tuve la dicha de obtener el Segundo lugar ¡Estoy sumamente feliz!

El tema giraba en torno a canciones de Disney y yo totalmente enamorada de estas canciones por un momento no supe por cuál decidirme, es que son tantas las que me gustan y tan hermosas que no fue fácil la selección, pero ya el tiempo corría y decidí que Parte de él, parte de la banda sonora de la película de La Sirenita, sería la seleccionada. Como les comenté en el post en el cual la presenté, es una canción de la cual me enamoré no precisamente por escucharla en la película, sino muchísimos años después al encontrarme frente al reto de presentar delante del público. Fue una canción para estudiar y aprender, con cada práctica musical me iba enamorando perdidamente de ella. Entre cantar y hablar es tan fácil soñar gracias a esta canción. ¡Hoy en día me encanta!

This Saturday was a very special day, an unforgettable day. I was visiting a dear cousin, then I went out to eat a delicious chocolate bar to finish in front of the sea, place in which I decided to listen to the results of the contest VIBES WEB3 of our platform, for those who do not know this contest is a musical showcase in which every week musicians and singers have the opportunity to show what we are passionate about doing and win some great prizes and this time I had the chance to get the Second place I am thrilled!.

The theme revolved around Disney songs and I was totally in love with these songs for a moment I did not know which one to choose, there were so many that I liked and so beautiful that it was not easy to select, but time was running out and I decided that Part of him, part of the soundtrack of the movie The Little Mermaid, would be the selected one. As I mentioned in the post in which I present it, it is a song that I fell in love with, not precisely because I heard it in the movie, but many years later when I faced the challenge of presenting it in front of an audience. It was a song to study and learn, and I fell madly in love with each musical practice. Between singing and speaking it is so easy to dream thanks to this song, I love it today!

El día que iba a grabar el cover, pasó un poco de todo, justo cuando estaba lista para grabar empecé a escuchar ruidos, eran reparaciones en una zona adyacente, tuve que esperar y cuando terminaron, empezó a llover. ¡Más espera! Una vez que pasó la lluvia pude grabar, quise hacer varias tomas, pero resultó que mi teléfono cortó la segunda toma apenas a los 45 minutos ¡Memoria llena! Allí pensé: Hágase, Señor, tu santa voluntad.

Parte de él, sigue sumando alegría a mi vida, aún recuerdo que gracias a aquel concierto íntimo me invitaron a la radio para una entrevista y ahora he ganado un hermoso premio con ella. La música ha sido sumamente bondadosa conmigo, es un arte que me ha arropado desde la cabeza a los pies, que me ha sustentado en duros momentos, que me hace llorar de alegría y que sigue sumando a mi vida momentos y personas muy especiales.

Esta nueva alegría musical ha sido un gran impulso que me llena de gran alegría, agradezco a Dios por su bondad, al regalarme el don de cantar, también quiero agradecer a todas y cada una de las personas que me apoyaron durante el día del voto de la comunidad, les agradezco por su bondad. Muchas gracias al equipo de Vibes que han creado ese espacio que lleva música y a alegría a tantos rincones del mundo ¡Dios les bendiga!

Cantar sigue siendo mi lugar mágico, ese lugar donde mis sueños se hacen realidad.

The day I was going to record the cover, a little bit of everything happened, just when I was ready to record I started to hear noises, they were repairs in an adjacent area, I had to wait and when they finished, it started to rain. More waiting! Once the rain passed I was able to record, I wanted to take several takes, but it turned out that my phone cut the second take just after 45 minutes, memory full! There I thought: Lord, thy holy will be done.

*Part of it continues to add joy to my life, I still remember that thanks to that intimate concert I was invited to the radio for an interview and now I have won a beautiful prize with it. Music has been extremely kind to me, it is an art that has wrapped me from head to toe, that has sustained me in hard times, that makes me cry with joy and that continues to add to my life very special moments and people.

This new musical joy has been a great boost that fills me with great joy, I thank God for his goodness, by giving me the gift of singing, I also want to thank every one of the people who supported me during the day of the community vote, I thank you for your kindness. Thank you so much to the Vibes team who have created this space that brings music and joy to so many corners of the world God bless you!
